Pizza is always amazingly delicious and hot! Workers have been friendly for the few times I’ve gone inside, but no one answers the phone lol. I almost always order online but when the website glitches and won’t let me apply the coupon or in today’s case, I had a reward for a free pizza but it wasn’t letting me claim it online, so I called 3 times while driving from work hoping to get someone on the phone so I could order but no one ever did so I just gave up & come home with no pizza not trying to complain, I realize this location is probably short staffed, but in future it would be amazing if someone could just take 2 seconds to answer the phone

Always super great customer service and quick delivery. I had one issue (they put the garlic seasoning on the crust when I chose none) but quickly remedied it. I’ve never gotten bad pizza and order at least 2 or 3 times a month. 12/10 would recommend for Dominos lovers. Glad we have a location here now.

I can’t believe how good this pizza is! I used to be a domino’s delivery driver in the late 80s and we’d never actually pay money for domino’s pizza back then. But one opened in my small town last year and I tried it and oh my GOSH. Amazing crust, great sauce, lots of toppings, just the right flavor, and half the price of Mountain Mike’s and places like that. Always order online for special deals. So good!

The pizza is good but this one star is for the so called manager who didn’t give any eye contact, didn’t say thank you, and said only one sentence about using the card reader. he walked away when we were standing waiting for our receipt. I ordered on the phone on a thursday evening and was waiting for 12 minutes so I understand they are busy, but you shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t even greet your customers.

I won’t order from here again, twice they got my order wrong and the second time, I offered to return the complete pizza but said they had to see it before they’d replace it and Id have to wait for the new one. I explained I just had back surgery and it was very painful getting in and out of car and didn’t want to go it again due to they error. Why would I lie and then offer to bring the whole pizza back for proof? Does not means sense.
They refused, I’ll never be back.

I have had the best customer service from Galt’s Dominos. I especially appreciated Liz, i believe was her name. I meant to give her a great review a couple orders ago. I have noticed more and more that customer service has been average at best with a lot of places but not with Dominos and especially not with Liz. Liz is one of the most stand out employees of any place I’ve ordered food from lately. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. The recent drivers we have had have also been so cool. I really appreciate the way me and my family have been treated by them. The food is good too! I love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich! Thanks Galt Dominos! The hiring manager is doing a great job!

Very disappointed in Domino’s tonight. We often order from there and the pizza we had delivered was nasty, something was wrong with the sauce, they said they would fix it and re-deliver new pizza, then the manager Brandon called and said he would not remake our deliver the pizza. Then my husband called them and the manager said he would remake the pizza if we brought back the other pizza, but he would not deliver. So we took the pizzas back, they remade them and gave my son a refund. Although I’m glad in the end they made it right, I’m sure we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
