You never know what to expect from this Domino’s. You don’t know the quality of the pizza, you don’t know if it will be fast or delayed, and sometimes you don’t even know if you’ll actually receive your order.
Once, I ordered a pizza for dinner, and after more than an hour the order hadn’t even gone into preparation. I had to call and cancel because it was already too late and time to go to sleep.
Yesterday, I ordered two pizzas. One of them was completely overcooked — the crust was dark brown and basically inedible. The other pizza, same flavor and size, was also overcooked, but not as bad as the first one.
How can you trust a pizza place like this?
The price might be good, but it’s not worth the risk.

This place makes good pizza most the time. I’ve gotten a few orders where they put too much cheese on the pizza. Unfortunately tonight I ordered a pizza online at 11:45 to only have an employee call me and tell me they don’t deliver this late and if I wanted it I had to pick it up otherwise they will cancel my order. I’m a single dad and don’t have the ability to bring my kids with me this late. Seems like they need to change their operating hours or state they stop delivering at a specific time. Do better.

So 12/23/2025 pizza was 1.5 hrs late…came in to the location and the manager on shift it seemed ( heavy set woman) was quite unprofessional. She was hollering and apparently didn’t know where our pizzas went. She just said ” I don’t know where the pizzas went, yours are in the oven so another 8 min. Until I made a face she said sorry. One of the employees mentioned she’d make it extra large and the manager said no” give them what they ordered”. What a pain the behind. I get it busy times but Jesus, be polite! And keep the customer informed. The notifications I received started our order was ready. Not a good location. It’s hiring….um heck no!

It’s not typical, but my pizza was a 2/5. It was below average and not normal of other pizzas I have gotten at Domino’s. Bubbling up pockets and cheese clumps were all over the misshapen pizza. Lots of grease this time, too. I normally get good pizzas at Domino’s, and this place hasn’t disappointed up until I got this pizza. I think overall though, the store is fine. I was notified my order was ready on the app when it wasn’t, but I only had to wait an additional 5 minutes when they were pulling out the pizza from the oven. I have gotten good pizzas before here. Those are my only critiques for improvement. I will still come here in the future.

Wonderful service! I went in the opening hours knowing that they might be late to my order as they have a lot of orders in the morning. To my surprise they were working on my last two pizzas of the 19 of them. They still had to make a few before that. That being said, they had no complain and still kept the conversation going inspite of all the other pizzas they still had to make.

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but they always seem severely understaffed for the amount of orders they get. have been 3x now and it was always sormthing that made it take longer to get the pizza. Third time though, over a 90 min wait even though it said 50 min wait when I placed the order. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

The pizza was perfect. Hot and delicious! Peter was the best. He went above and beyond which is unheard of right before closing. Outstanding service. I highly recommend this location.

Uber Eats let me down the delivery service was not up-to-date but when I went into the store same day, Peter was very sweet and kind and made me an amazing fresh to bake pizza 10 out of 10 recommend he was very sweet and very accommodating.

Waited over an Hour and a half for our 2 pizzas to be delivered. Pizzas are burnt and not even cut all the way. One pizza has little to no cheese. This location last month delivered our order an hour after the fact of stated delivery time. Giving the benefit of the doubt tried ordering again but again just plain disappointment.

Not sure why I keep coming back to Dominos. I guess it’s for the prices because they got nothin’ else going for them. The pizza is just so so and forget about the pasta dishes. Maybe it’s just this Folsom location but I got a 1/2 full order of pasta and they’ve screwed up my pizza order twice. Just today I had to return to the store because they had given us the completely wrong pizza. While we were waiting no less than two other people came in that also had problems with their orders.
