This place used to be much better! There used to be at least 4 employees working at a time, but today, I went to get my pizza because my app said it was ready. I walked in, and there was only one employee working. She was on the phone taking an order, which took forever! It legitimately isn’t her fault, I felt bad for her. I watched my pizza sit on the table for 10 minutes, getting cold while she helped everyone else. She finally cut the pizza when I got home, the entire pizza fell apart because it wasn’t really cut correctly. The pizza was decent, but not worth the money. Lesson learned!

The service staff there are rude. I took cutlery from cutlery stack thinking it was to take. Typically all restaurants have cutlery for customers to take. There was counter top with menu and little space then the cutleries were there, i took one plastic spoon. The staff there started shouting rudely for taking the plastic spoon. I said that, “I thought the cutlery was for customers to take, that’s why i took it”. She said i should have asked and take and asked me to leave rudely. Worst customer service.

I came in to pick up a pizza that I ordered over 45 mins ago and the guy working at the counter stated it was still going to be another 20 minutes for one pizza , when I asked him why it’s taking so long he blatantly stated they have been too busy he hasn’t been able to keep up on orders. I thought online orders that are already paid for and have a time limit would at least be done at the time it states. to get this behind is insane and pure lack of care. How is my pizza gonna be ready after the store closes ? What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait another 20 minutes after the pizza showed it was supposed to be ready already horrible service and a horrible attitude from employee who are working on this Thursday night. I just had surgery and only ordered online so I could easily go pickup and go back home. Get it together .

4/20/24 – We’ll 4/4 now. The staff can’t make the correct pizza ordered. Ever, period. Ordered extra pineapple, didn’t get extra pineapple, the pizza was under cooked and the crust was gooey. Had a talk with the two other customers there at the time and they never get the correct order either. Go somewhere else!

This place sucks! 3 for 3 screwing up my order.
Tried this location a third time.
Ordered 2 medium pan Hawaiian pizzas with extra cheese and extra pineapple. Each pizza had less pineapple than if I had ordered a normal one. 1-2 chunks per slice.
Second time in as many months they got my order wrong. Who forgets ham on a ham and pineapple pizza!
Worker looked and acted stoned! Had a smirk on his face when he brought out the replacement pizza. Kind of afraid to eat it.
This used to be a great place but will probably be losing by business permanently.

They don’t answer the phone most times.
Directions to have driver call when arriving is 98% ignored.
They never cut all the way through the pizza it all pulls toppings off makes a mess.

Horrible service. It used to be better. No one greeted me when I walked in. Girls were too busy laughing and talking. Finally got someone’s attention and the manager seemed annoyed. Pizza was burnt and uncut. What the heck. Figured I would try one more time and I regret it. I was at least greeted by a nice man, nick, but he seemed to be the only one working. Again what is with people talking to each other? You’re at your job. Do your job. Won’t be back.

This place has gone down hill in the last few weeks to follow, I visit from out of state to come and see my family very often. When I came to pick up my order recently NO ONE was at the counter, all the girls were laughing and giggling with the boys who work there, NO ONE came to the counter for 20 mins! My pizzas were done i saw them come out of the oven. When I made eye contact with one of the employees they rolled their eyes and scoffed as if I was being rude? Excuse me no, so they finally came up to the counter and all I got was attitude and rude behavior from them, not only that one of the older gentleman who works there came in being rude and acting like I didn’t exist and started to raise his voice to all the other employees. When I got my pizzas they were cold, I am extremely disappointed and appalled at how this place is managed, and how nothing has been done with these employees behaviors and attitudes towards their customers.

And my particular order right now they dropped it off at the wrong address
I called about 20 minutes ago to tell them that the trucker was saying that it’s delivered and he said not to go off of that so 20 minutes later I’m calling back and then they’re saying it’s delivered To the wrong address
Why not just call your driver next time when I call and maybe ask him About the pizza being delivered already and they could’ve caught it right there in there, but these guys are morons.
