Tried their veggies pizza with chicken on top. The pizza was delicious, I did walk-in and the pizza came out fast. I have seen lots of negative reviews, I blame mostly the owner of this place, shame on him/her. The same person is making your pizza, answering phone and taking your payment. So cut the employees some slack and instead take your anger on the management that’s exploiting these people. I’m giving them 5 star and tip just for the Employee that served me tonight but I wouldn’t be coming back unless they fix their understaffing issue.

I’m very disappointed with Domino’s Pizza on Crows Landing delivery. Last night my delivery was put on my chair outside and a neighbors dog came in and ate my pizza and chicken wings and they didn’t offer to reimburse me. Customer service was lousy they don’t care about our business.
No courtesy phone call to notify us of delivery.

Ordered a pizza, a meatlovers, with green peppers and mushrooms. 30 mins later get home, excited to eat some pizza, and I’m given a black olive, green pepper, and mushroom pizza with no meat, just cheese. Call to correct Order and get told in plain words that they don’t have meatlovers but have a pizza called the “meats,” which is the same thing with an extra 2 meat toppings. I’m just gonna toss this pizza and make some burgers instead.

They canceled my order. We called and the lady over the phone had said that we had put no apartment number when clearly we did. After I explained to her that we did, it had a full and completed address she then proceeded to go back and fourth with me. She then started giving attitude. They didn’t even try to call and ask what the apartment number it was, (if according to them it had no apartment number.) In my opinion I felt this was not okay what so ever, they need to work on having better costumer service!

Gonzalo made 2 wonderfully perfect pan pizzas tonight that exceeded my expectations, which wasn’t easy considering I’m a frequent customer and is quite used to this store (and Gonzalo’s!) well above average quality! Jesse the delivery driver had them here before the cheese even had a chance to set. I love these guys!

This man named John is a very hard worker I seen him during very busy hours of the day getting every order done as fast as possible. I appreciate workers like this he was also very kind and made amazing cheesy bread.
