I thought Domino’s does quality checks clearly not! My stuffed cheesy bread had so much garlic seasoning on it I couldn’t even eat it. I asked for no garlic seasoning on my crust and they got that wrong. My pizza wasn’t cut correctly and when I went to get a piece it ripped in 1/2.

I did carryout, was kinda disappointed because I chose extra sauce option for a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was regular and kinda seemed like just a reheated pizza not fresh. I prefer the Dominos on Pacific, they know how to add extra sauce in my experience lol and it’s always hot.

Cons – Literally everything else.
1) Zero consideration for disabled/limited mobility customers. Delivery driver refused to bring the food to my hotel room and essentially forced me to retrieve it from the front desk because “we’re not supposed to deliver to the rooms.” Since when? I was in so much pain by the time I got back to my room that I was sobbing.
2) This franchise makes, hands down, the worst food I’ve ever received from any Domino’s ever. I ordered a supreme pizza, Italian sausage pasta bake, and the cheese & marinara baked dip. The dip and pasta were burnt black on the edges. The dip didn’t even smell like actual, edible food; it sure didn’t smell like either marinara or cheese, but some sort of fake plastic-y smell. The texture was as if the cheese had curdled instead of melted; completely inedible. The pasta was so burnt I could only salvage about 1/3 of it, and even that was terrible. Overcooked, hard, crunchy pasta, and “Italian sausage” that had a really questionable texture. The pizza was nearly flavorless, and what flavor it did have was kinda gross. Definitely not up to Domino’s standards. It tasted like the worst generic, off-brand frozen pizza; it was barely edible and certainly not enjoyable.
$60 for this?! You’ve gotta be kidding me!
Corporate needs to come in and completely overhaul this location from the ground up. I can’t fathom how on earth they could’ve gotten this whole experience *so* wrong.

When in on a Monday afternoon pleasantly surprised to see manager leading her team they were efficient quick friendly and delightfully clean!! The female manager has it in check her team is awesome great customer service happy to tell everybody about this location!!

Carmen which claimed to be manager can’t deliver to my address apparently because the order was to big. I called Pizza Hut and they not only delivered by pizza but it was amazing.

Found a fingernail in my “Emergency Pizza.” Immediately took it back and was informed that they don’t wear gloves because “it goes in the oven.” After I let out my angered insults they did refund my delivery fee, however they need to be inspected by Health Agency. I spoke with Amy at the West Lane location where the order was originated from.

My daughter is a vegetarian and they added meat to the pasta bowl and refused to make me another one and deliver it for a hour and half. I went to pick it up and they made me wait for 30 more minutes. Josh the manager was so rude and said he couldn’t bump everyone’s order to remake my pasta bowl correctly. My sandwich looks and tasted horrible. Worst service ever!!
