This time I came a little early because I’ve noticed when I order early they bake it way before the time, unfortunately this time they were still in the oven. Well more like fortunately because the pizza’s were nice, hot and fresh. But the customer service is cold. Greeted with dry no friendy, “Did you order online?” What happened to, “Hello, welcome in, just one moment and we’ll be with you.” Still fresh and worth the wait. I had my free pizza that I applied to one , but they switched it if course for the cheaper pizza… Making sure I pay more. But I decided to experiment with another pizza. New York crust garlic sauce, bacon and jalapenos. Extremely great combination. I drizzled honey over it giving it a hot honey taste. Only issue with the New York style is once the pizza goes cold, it becomes tough and tough to chew. But my pan pizza stayed soft. What was funny is I haf a hundred dollar bill and the cashier said they don’t accept hundred dollar bills…. What would we have done if I didn’t have other bills. They would have had a great lunch I guess. But, to say you don’t accept, instead of you don’t give change for more that twenty dollars. Because your telling me, if I order $300 worthbof pizza I would have to pay in $20,$10,$5 and $1 dollar bills? Please… If it wasn’t for my son with me waiting for pizza, trust me. I would have walked off. I have done it before. I understand not giving change for $100 when the bill is $32, I was a cashier in my 20. But we gave all change back then… Either way, still would have like to seen how it went down if I didn’t bring more money.

I have been ordering from this location for years. They have always then relatively on time. Any time that we had to wait was a short while. The pizza and garlic knots are so good. Kids are happy with the food.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes longer delivery time too. Wished they stopped being so greedy with their toppings because we paid extra for them. You can hardly tell there is spinach on the pizza -_-

First, how does a pizza joint NOT have Salami??? The gal was abrupt like I was bothering her. I couldn’t have what I wanted on my pizza so the taste wasn’t all that great. Marinara sauce is NOT pizza sauce. And the price for a medium pizza was over $20 too much.

Horrible service. I placed my order a little after 9pm After over an hour and well past the estimated delivery time. I called to find out what happened. The man I spoke with said it was because they only had one driver. They told me if I wanted to come pick it up I could. Then the guy said he would give me my money back or a free pizza. I talked to my family and we decided to cancel. I had to call back because the guy had hung up. I called and spoke with Maria who had a nasty attitude. She tried to act like she couldn’t hear me and when I said just cancel my order. Only then did she say ok. While I was asking how would I get a refund she hung up on my face. Whoever the manager is for this shift needs to be fired.

Asked for a pizza a certain way and they added what seemed like whatever they wanted. Still not bad pizza, actually really good. Their prices do reflect the quality I suppose. It just seems like everyone is changing so much to make it but all that does is decrease client base. Instead of increasing price why not negotiate better prices on ingredients, cut items with low sales. Increase awareness and traffic by offering deals. What do I know though.

I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for three pizzas with an autistic child in a hot car. It said it would be 15 minutes in the app. I kept going to check and there were 5 employees in there just chatting. Only one was working but she was also chatting and taking her time. That’s crazy.

I’m done with this location. Employee told me people are just standing around not doing anything inside. Employees park in handicapped spots with no placard and block handicapped access spots and ramp with car. Ordered for carside and after order had been ready for 10 minutes and the handicapped spot finally wad open I parked and started to fet my kids out including my daughters wheelchair when they finally walked out with my order.
