I’ve ordered from this location a few times. They never answer the phone, and sometimes they get my order completely wrong. But the taste is great, price is decent, and the distance from my house can’t be beat. I have mixed feelings about continuing to eat here, but I suppose I’m too lazy to go elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza specifically NO red sauce. I open my pizza and what do you know, full of pizza sauce. Reminder that I am allergic to tomatoes and almost ate that! I called the store to tell them, the person hung up on me right after what I said. Then, I called back and he heard my voice, and then hung up on me. How rude! If you are allergic to anything in pizza, then don’t order from this Domino’s.

I ordered 2 hand toss pizzas and they gave me the thin crust one and the cheese bread wasn’t even cut. Prior to this on a different occasion they gave me the wrong toppings on my pizzas. Same location.

If I told you I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza, after looking at the pizza you probably wouldn’t believe me. I counted 3 slices, yes!! 3 slices of steak. It was basically a veggie pizza.

My very first time ever trying Dominoes pizza in the twenty years I have lived. Used the special online deal they had going on for $5.99 for each item if you order two or more of the items they had on a special list. I ended up ordering for carry out.

* Medium Pizza (Mushroom/Spinach)
* 16 Piece Parmesan Bites
Order totaled up to $18.14 and was seriously ready under 13 minutes. (I watched the real time cooking meter thing they had on the site, never seen something like that before, so I was a bit over excited).
We drove to the location and parked on the 7/11 lot and walked our way towards the pizza parlor. The parlor is located directly behind 7/11 and next to a laundromat. As soon as I stepped in a gentleman helped me get my carry out, paid in cash and made my way out all in under a minute. (It was a Thursday evening). With my experiences in working at a pizza parlor, I believe the gentleman was being very efficient with his time; seeing that he was alone during this shift. (Minus the delivery driver) Big props to him!
At home now trying out the veggie pizza I customized and it was good! There is something about dominoes that stands out from other pizza places. I mean I’ve worked at Papa John’s, and just like Papa John’s, Dominoes definitely has their unique taste. One thing I may add was that the under-dough of the veggie pizza was a bit hard rendering a chewy feeling, but hearing from my roommates who tried out second pizza, it was just the veggie pizza that the texture.
Would definitely dry out Dominoes again and it’s location for carry out, since it’s in very close proximity to where I live. Also there’s a rewards system, so that’s always cool! 🙂

I orders delivery, the app said it was delivered, no delivery. I called, I was told unapologetically that I said the wrong address. Literally the app I use only has my address in it. I tried to explain, the person on the phone just yelled “we will deliver” and hung up. I called back, they still said I gave them the wrong address, super rude.

Mistakes are made, I get that but the rudeness on the phone, the unwillingness to take accountability. All I wanted was a “we screwed up” was all that was needed. They played the blame game.

Gave me the wrong order. I’m vegetarian and got a pepperoni and beef pizza with mushrooms. Literally read my name and confirmed with me at the store. I find out 15 minutes later when I’m home completely devastated. I would rate one star but they offered me a free pizza next time when I called so 2 stars. I sincerely hope they honor this request. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT STORE WHEN GOING TO THIS DOMINOS
