I ordered a pizza at 6:02. The tracker said it was out for delivery at 6:13. I went to the hotel lobby to wait for its expected delivery between 6:30-6:45. At 6:34 the tracker said it had been delivered, which it hadn’t. I called and they assumed me it was on its way. At 7pm it was still not here. I called again and stated I didn’t want a pizza that had been driving around in a car for 45+ minutes. The gentleman was hard to understand, but made it clear I couldn’t cancel my order. The pizza final came at 7:14. It was barely warm and closer to room temp. VERY disappointing. I opened it and showed the driver. He said I could call the store…. which I already had. So, I kept the pizza and ate it at room temp. $23 for a cold pizza. I can appreciate the business being busy and ever heavy traffic, but I don’t appreciate them not making it right. I’m only giving 2 stars because the driver called at 7:10 to say he was almost here and was kind.

Wait times are very long especially for delivery, and the pizza is never cut properly. Trying to get a slice always ends up with you cutting off half of the other slice. Only reason for the two stars is the pizza is still good.

I have never wanted to order from Dominoes. But Chef David Chang said it’s his favorite. My kids said they enjoyed it at numerous birthday parties. And there was that national ad campaign for 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas for $6.99 each that finally convinced me.
The app worked quite well and the pizzas arrived exactly when I requested it. But the pizzas themselves were below mediocre. One of my kids commented that the sauce tasted kind of sour. Another noted that one of the pizzas didn’t seem completely cooked and that there was more sauce and cheese on one pizza compared to the other. We also noted that the medium pizzas were more on the small side, definitely smaller than our local pizza place.
I think I’ll stay with the local pizza place.

I just went here about 30 minutes ago, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service. We got the pizza, brought it home and the cheese was chunky and falling apart- not in the good way. It was also burnt yet obviously not cooked thoroughly. I don’t recommend going here at all.

We order 3 large dominoes pizza from this location as an emergency for birthday party when DoorDash delivered the birthday party pizzas to wrong location. The birthday event location was 3-4 min from dominos and I could luckily order over the website in under 5min and pizzas took 20 min to get ready and picked up. Overall the service was fast, food was nice and warm and the party goers loved it. Thank you Dominoes for coming to our rescue!

First time trying Dominos. Really bad tasting pizza. I would have been better to eat a card board box. Asked for chili peppers and cheese. It was $1.97. What a rip off. The service was just as bad. You know the guy hated his job. This was 4/24 around 7:30pm
