So I walked into the store to order something. They told me I could only order something for delivery ONLY! (YES I SAID ONLY TWICE) no carry out or pick up just DELIVERY ♀️ So I can not take it with me I have to PAY MORE FOR SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO MY HOUSE!! Does that make sense?? Well I ask actually and the guy with the worst customer service skills EVER! says he doesn’t know that just what he was told him and he has to do what they say. Wow and to make things worse when I came back to make sure I wasn’t dreaming they were making nice jokes about it… Hope you guys are proud of yourselves. I come, I mean CAME here often. FYI it’s 10:09 pm they stopped taking carry out orders at 10 and a son and dad were waiting for their CARRY OUT ORDER!

The quality control is not happening. They do not check their orders, my delivery is always wrong and missing items. We’ve been customers for years and just this past year it’s been really bad. No sauce when you mark “light” , items missing, the wrong pizza is made. The manager blames the delivery people and how busy it is. My daughter and her friends love this place but I can’t order anymore from them, too frustrating.

The last few times I picked up there was 6 homeless camped out drinking being aggressive asking for money and pizza one knocked my pizza down and the store did nothing it’s so scary to pick up and I tried calling the store but it kept getting disconnected on the first ring I see why they don’t answer their own calls now they charge so much for delivery so we order pick up and it’s very scary they need to be careful if someone gets hurt on their property my pizza was knocked down thank gosh I wasn’t hurt wasted time and money and this time we pick up and its the same thing aggressive pan hadeling a bunch of homeless camped out drinking and my food is under cooked it’s so gross and I can’t get threw to domino’s it’s a online service that connects you and it keeps hanging up

It was surprisingly good they have really gotten better over the years a large 3topping for 7.99 is cheap and a large two topping for 5.99 I added jalepeno and ranch I wouldn’t eat there though lobby is not that big

Refused to bring order to car, so why offer it?! Pizza was cold. Was supposed to get free pizza if order isn’t on time, that didn’t happen either. Next time, I’ll grab a frozen pizza.

I have been ordering pizzas from this restaurant for over five years. Tonight I ordered a pizza and chicken Alfredo like I have been doing. I normally pay $13 and some change for these two items. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that I could not get that deal anymore and it had to be ordered online if I were to receive that offer. I ordered online and the price came up to $27 and some change. I called back and spoke to a Woman/female who got the order right and offered to give me the $13 special that I normally get. I went into the store and Was getting ready to pay for the food and a gentleman said that the order was now $27. He then stated that I didn’t indicate on the online order that the tool items I normally get for about 5.99 are now $27. I told him that that was wrong in that I just spoken to a Woman who had given me the correct order for about $13. He refused to change the order and he was very curt, rude, and showed no professionalism. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager I don’t remember his name. After ordering pizzas there for more than five years it is very disappointing to know that some people who appear to be new in there could not look at my order and see that I’ve done the Same thing for over five years.I know this because when you give them your phone number it brings up all the orders you’ve previously made. It felt as if they were just trying to gouge me for money versus abiding by the rules that Domino’s set up on their website.
