Sent us absolutely charred inedible not pizza, “compensated” us with a free medium pizza that expired in a few weeks so we never got to use it. Dominos has turned into an absolute trash fire of a company.
It used to be quasi justified because it was cheap but now it’s not even cheap anymore. High prices but still charcoal crust, rubber cheese and plastic toppings.
Better off just getting microwave pizzas from Costco.

Ordered almost an hour before they close and they cancelled on me and didn’t even call me. This is completely unacceptable.
Just had the rudest experience over the phone with one of the employees place an order a while ago called to check on it and it just gave an estimate to when I ordered it and the guy literally kept saying no no no no no no over and over and over for no reason literally so unprofessional I ordered here all the time I’m literally a usual and can’t stand bad customer service absolutely no reason for it completely uncalled for. In ordering here twice a week for months I will definitely take my business to the other Domino’s hope you guys investigate that guy needs to be written up.

In my recent order, one of the cooks put meat in all of our 6 pizzas and as muslims we don’t eat meat due to religious reasons. Either it was intentional or a mistake. I will never order from dominos pizza in the near future or this specific location. In our order we didn’t choose meat only veggies in our pizza. It was from your end from the one who is making the pizza. He/She should either get fired or takes this mistake as a lesson and someone should give him or her a lecture to not make this mistake and be careful and know how to read peoples order. Next time be careful. I understand this is called fast food but not the fast. Be careful next time or you will slowly lose customers and it will put your career in jeopardy.

They are rude, and disrespectful. They hate to be corrected when they’re wrong. I ordered two orders of garlic Parmesan cheese nots with sauce. They gave me hard over cooked nots, with barely any sauce. Also two pizzas . I wanted a refund or them to make me a fresh order they had an attitude and didn’t want to correct my orders.

Terrible service they switched out the people that used to work there and now they have some new people that are disrespectful. Don’t like to work and are they do is flirt. When we asked for a combo, they said that they never have had it when we go there every week asking for the same combo. All they did was talk and be on their phone, I will never be going there again.
