BEWARE!
Beatriz did something to our pizza.
My family fell sick this evening after a few bites of our pizza. It had a very funny taste, and our tongues immediately started tingling and chest hurting. I threw mine up Shortly after just three bites.
I saved the Rest of the pizza for further investigation with the health authorities.
I believe this incident occurred due to no tip showing on the receipt (I mostly always tip in cash instead of all my credit card).
I was parked directly in front of the window and noticed Beatriz look at the receipt then placed my order on a higher shelf instead of walking it out to me to the car. Then proceed to change my order to baking in the app. Prep time for the pizza showed it took 20 minutes after first receiving my order.
That was the first red flag so I began watching With a very limited view. My order did not show banking until I pressed -“I’m here” in the app in which I was already there, for some time.
After a few more mins when she seen me taking pictures she then walked to the back of the store and I sent my children to collect the pizza. When she handed it to them, she had a look of hesitation on her face. She could’ve made a do different decision at that time, but chose not to. I 100% believe this was intentional.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this…

They raised all their fees so that if you get it delivered it’s at least $10 plus the tip. It’s way cheaper just to go and pick it up. But they closed the lobby before they close the store. So got to watch out

There was a mistake made by dispatch with leaving out my apartment number some mistake with my order but the staff at fruitval and the delivery driver did everything in there powere to correct the mistake and accomadated me I really appreciate that my food was then delivered correctly and taste delicious thank you to the staff all of you for your kindness

What’s the point of ordering 2 hours in advance for pickup if I still have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for just 2 pizzas? And to top it off, you’re stuck waiting while your car is in meter parking

This location is super clean. Franchisee is very nice. Perfect place to pick up a pizza and go to the open air seating by Fruitvale Bart with the San Antonio River Walk atmosphere complete with string lights. See pics for cleanliness and superb tip! I’m here for ya, Dominoes fans! It’s hard to beat dependability, deliciousness, and excellent cheese! Plus this location! Order and carry out. As of this writing only 8.99 for a large pepperoni! Sorry, couldn’t add photos afterall. It was just of store cleanliness and Dominoes delivery tracking app that allows for choosing themes like Romance Novel if you’re dining al 1!

I ordered BBQ wings and got hot wings and when I asked the delivery guy he said to call the store. It’s 12:30 at night and thy close at 1 so of course they’re not answering but I literally did not get what I paid for and I’m not getting any customer service at all. I’ll try again in the morning

My kids liked the pizza and pasta. But the delivery driver didn’t even come to our address l, he was down the block. I asked for contactless delivery and he wouldn’t do it. Also he didn’t understand English and even though I speak Spanish it was still hard to communicate with him. I think he pretended not to understand. I wish I could take my tip back (would be nice to be able to edit tips). They didn’t send me any review and I built a custom pasta with beef and there was no beef. For over $40, I’m not happy.
