I ordered a medium pizza and a desert. Total came to $50 bucks. Took them two hours to deliver. Pizza was cold and all the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. Brownies were completely smashed. None of it was eatable. I called the store and finally got a hold of an actual employee the next day. No refund, no pizza, no fifty bucks. What a rip off. I’d stay away from this store. Poorly managed.

The workers do not know how to work a cash register. Now it could be their machine but these workers were trying to make me pay double for the same item. Then multiple customers that I witnessed were having the same discussion with these employees. They like to use the word (pending) and your payment didn’t go through. When clearly my bank says otherwise.

Horrible take out service. Ordered 30 min ago. Came to pick up, they have not even started the order. 30 more min wait. Terribly mismanaged. Leaderboard also shows them 41st in bay area with 25.9 min order time.
