Yesterday, I ordered two pizzas and one chicken item, and unfortunately all three were not baked properly. I could clearly taste the raw dough and undercooked chicken, which made the food unpleasant and unsafe to eat. This was very disappointing, especially from a place like Domino’s where basic cooking standards are expected. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control.

Dont order delivery I requested that they did not ring the doorbell because I did not want them to wake up my father & driver ring the doorbell anyway and ran off receive the wrong order some werid pizza it was completely squished and squashed.
I called them and they said I could come into the store and get a free pizza but I cannot leave my father here when he is sleeping……

We just ordered 2 loaded Chicken for $6.99 each. Got charged $11.50 for each.They came shriveled and burnt. Also we ordered the garlic parmesean wings that was NEVER delivered. The manager said he cannot refund the difference for the loaded burnt chicken or the missing garlic parmesean chicken. Do not order from this Dominos in Pleasanton! It’s a waste of money for horrible food.

I ordered delivery and it’s been sitting on prep for 40mins. No call no nothing… horrible service. And they deliver to houses furthest away first. I’m not even 5mins away (in a car) and they went to 2 other houses in Dublin before they dropped off my order. I tried to report and issue but they make it very hard and almost impossible to complain. No more tipping delivery drivers for me.
Edit:8/24/25 SAI the delivery driver needs to take a shower. I’m sorry but I don’t want someone who smells like that bad to be handling my food. I open the door and I have to hold my breath. He is the only driver I don’t tip. I’m sorry.

Idk if the ownership has changed at this location, but I’m definitely NOT patronizing this one ever again. Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. I asked for those packets of Parmesan/pepper flakes. He said $1.50! Huh? It’s NOT about the price, it’s the principle! When did they start charging? Oh it gets better. I ordered ground beef on one of my pizzas and they sparsely sprinkled a couple pieces here and there. Talk about CHEAP. It’s not easy to make a pizza look unappetizing but this place did.
