I rate this place one star. If I could, I would rate it zero stars. From the beginning to the end this place had horrible customer service, and the food was not delightful. When I and my daughter went to pick up our order a female worker with red hair gave us our order, didn’t confirm or anything didn’t say a word but told another worker making the pizzas “these pizzas aren’t worth it they taste like shit”. The pizzas infact tased like shit she was not wrong on that part and our order of alfredo pasta had no flavor and burnt. Don’t waste your time or money at this specific location

Placed an order tonight, waited and hour and a half only to receive this. Called to request the driver come back and refund my CASH PAYMENT. Gissell told me the driver would be back to resolve the issue. However it’s been 4 hours and I haven’t heard anything. I’ll be going into the store tomorrow morning right when they open. Make sure you check your order before letting your driver leave. This location desperately needs help. Clear house, and replace these lazy, rude employees.

More often than not, it takes over an hour. Fairly consistent. Many of those required a phone call. They will put you on hold, return and say 15 minutes. Delivery drivers are pleasant.

If you are vegetarian, please don’t order from these guys. We ordered cheesy bread and they included bacon in our breads. We spent a 70 dollars worth food and these guys are very unprofessional not bother to look notes. I would give zero stars if I can very disappointed.
