Went to go pick up my order . Gave the guy cash . He opened the cash register gave me my money and pizza and then proceeded to continue putting toppings on the pizza he was working on . No changing gloves . Threw my pizza out . Sucks that dominoes want to cut costs and hire international students who have no idea about cleanliness .

Wish I had the option to give No stars, ordered a pizza and there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. I didn’t eat the pizza and I called to see if my pizza could be remade and they told me no. Instead of helping a loyal customer I wasn’t able to get accommodated this is not the first time they have messed up my order !!! I asked to speak with a manager and a lady got on the phone as if she was the manager then proceeded to say the manager will be there in the morning. Don’t even waist your time go to a different location ‼️‼️

The review is more about Domino’s as opposed to this particular location. They are pretty consistent in what they produce with an occasional miss which I’ll get over is the reason I gave them a 3-star review for food and 4-star for service. I gave 3 stars because it’s not an eat-in kind of place but could get sketchy late at night being next to a liquor store and sometime a few unhoused folks hanging around.
As for Domino’s – I would give them as a business 1 star – there web site sucks. They keep on changing it, now if you want to use their web site coupon, you have to click on each one individually. Also, depending on location – the $6.99 coupons is $7.99 at this location. In some cases, items change, and you may not find the same item you purchased a few weeks ago. When I ordered and tried to check out, it lost all of the coupon information and had to re-input them one-by-one. What should have taken 5 minutes, I ended spending 15 minutes watching the screen keep changing. It’s even worse if you’re trying to order on a mobile device. Also, there rewards program sucks. Thank goodness there are other options in the area – we only go here because the kids like some of the items.

Worst customer service and the pizza was a complete waste of my money. DO NOT go there. We actually tossed 3/4 of it. They got the order wrong and the lady said there is nothing they can about it since I placed the order via phone…. WTH….I will not go there again or any other big name pizzas places. I would much rather drive to pleasanton for excellent pizza and excellent customer service. You would think as part of getting a license for fast food/restaurant you would have to take a customer service course. Newark Dominio’s Pizza is the WORST. Bye Bye domino’s. Picture below of the pizza is suppose the combo with extra veggies. It even taste terrible.

Staying at hotel. Ordered a medium pepperoni onion green pepper online. App is good. Tracking is good. Pizza shows up with jalapeños instead of green peppers. Call store. Horrible connection. They say it’s their phone. Well, that’s a problem. Tell them I want a partial credit. Tells me they can’t. They can pick up wrong pizza and deliver new one. Already waited 35 min for first and starving. Tell them that is not an option. I can take off jalapeños. No can do they say. Then I suggest they deliver more food even though won’t be hungry. Nope. Can’t do that either. They can come get the bad pizza and give me a correct pizza. I hung up. Bad service. Your mistake in first place and doesn’t look to be the first time according to reviews. Dominos will be on same path as Blockbuster Video – it’s only a matter of time. Think craft beer.
