Pizza came out underbaked and doughy! I had to try to eat it with a fork, the pizza didn’t even hold itself up. I was basically eating dough and cheese with pizza toppings. Like I could’ve rolled it up into a ball with my hands that’s how doughy it was. I usually don’t write reviews but people pay with their hard earned money hoping to eat a good pizza that they didn’t have to cook only for it to be a complete disappointment. Don’t bother going here. Do better please. Will not return.

• Today, September 20, 2025, I again ordered a Veg Pizza from your store. While placing the order, I specifically informed the staff about my previous experience. Despite that, after bringing the pizza home, I found pepperoni in it.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have dietary restrictions due to allergies and do not consume non-vegetarian food. Such repeated mistakes show a lack of care and attention towards customer health and trust.
I request you to:
1. Investigate this matter seriously.
2. Take immediate corrective action at the store level.
3. Provide me with an assurance that such negligence will not happen again.
Please treat this as urgent.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from the Livermore Domino’s. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with high hopes, but when I opened it, I was met with disappointment. The pizza had burnt sides and an exceptionally thin base, which was not what I expected from a hand-tossed pizza.
To make matters worse, the customer service was subpar. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning to this Domino’s location.

The worst I have ever had. Garlic bites had no sauce, salad was brown and receive the wrong dressing, and no utensils. The food was not even edible. Call to talk to them they got my number and said manager would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Call and asked for a manager and always told they are not in and will return my call. I strongly advise not going there. I will continue to post reviews on othe site so no one get wiped off like I did.
