I ordered a pizza & wanted a 20 ounce Coca-Cola. They decided to substitute it for orange Fanta which I don’tdrink. I tried to call the store back for a refund or replacement & they told me after hanging up on me seven times that not only could I not get a refund but I also couldn’t get another soda because they didn’t have one. I explained they basically stole my money & they told me to contact customer care which never responds in past instances where I’ve had an issue & they didn’t even cut my pizza all the way. Half the time they don’t deliver to my area despite the fact that I am exactly one freeway exit away & very close to the exit. Other times they will deliver which makes no sense. They don’t seem to understand how to run a business & they give very poor customer service. I want my money back. I will never order from them again. Pizza Twist is way better.

NEVER order for delivery here. They not only gave us the wrong pizza, the other one looks so messed up the driver must’ve dropped it. When we called to report, we were put on hold indefinitely. WE’RE NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

UPDATE: I was able to talk to a different person at the store who was helpful and told me that I can bring the pizzas back to the store and they can either replace them or give a refund. We were all hungry and it was late but we simply cannot accept this so I decided to drive over. The only girl at the store (I was not able to get her name) was helpful and agreed with our sentiments. She then issued the refund and apologized. I appreciated her help and service, so I added a start to my one-star review. I cannot make it any higher because delivery was bad and the first person who answered my call was extremely unhelpful.

I hate giving bad reviews, but I love dominoes and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. Do they have a toddler making and cutting the pizzas? They forget ingredients and add removed ones EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Regardless – can they PLEASE cut the pizzas all the way through?
Quality is terrible and I have tried to contact them via the available channels and nothing. No, I don’t want a free pizza in the next 7 days. I want a pizza that is cut into slices.

It’s sooooooo bad!! There is a dead fly on my pizza, I called them and the employee’s attitude was extremely rude! He didn’t understand the situation and just hanged up on the phone!! Then I went back to the store, he still didn’t understand, and then finally saw the dead fly!! His attitude was still rude! And there is no manager in the store!! It’s an extremely bad experience! Will never get food from here again!!

Requested a Specialty Pepperoni which arrived way over cooked. Called to let them know I wasn’t happy (also stating I didn’t want a refund or replacement) with the hope that they would improve their quality going forward. I requested a manager who immediately dismissed my concerns as “this is what you ordered”

My husband and I went in to the store and ordered the large pepperoni speciality pizza, well done, It was perfectly cooked and delish! Today we ordered 3 medium pizzas, well done for pickup. We went to the store, picked up the pizzas and drove to the park to have a pizza picnic. When we opened the boxes none of the pizzas were well done, which was very disappointing. I called and spoke with the manager Melina and asked her to remake the pizzas well done, she informed me that they were well done and that was just the way Domino’s did well done. I explained that I had gotten a pizza the day before and it was well done and these 3 were not well done. She refused to make it right, refused to let me talk to a different manager and hung up on me. I am not an unreasonable person, I just wanted to get what I ordered. Miss Melina, I hope your manager sees this review and educates you on how to treat a customer. You should have made it right, shame on you. See picture above, pizza not well done as ordered
