Worst experience I had on pizza delivery. Waited 3 hours. Paid online but payment got canceled. I had a card and cash on hand but manager would not let me speak when I asked to use a card again over the phone. This role seems too stressful for the manager as he wasnt letting me speak over the phone and immediately threatened to take the food back, which they did. Manager needs communication training and better listening skills instead of talking over customers.

Usually we get Papa John’s, but I wanted to try dominos for the first time. At first both look pretty much the same, however dominos has more toppings. Compared to Papa John’s, the marinara sauce is less flavored. The dough is pretty much the same. Prices same.

I came in and was about to order horrible hygiene the staff cooking were not wearing gloves and were talking on the phone which is why people get sick from the food when I asked why she was using her phone and cooking the food with no gloves the staff got mad and responded NO don’t even bother ordering here

This place is horrible. After my pizza was done in the app, I reached there and asked for the pizza. Then the employees became confused and said, We have the order but we don’t have the pizza! They asked for an additional 15 minutes to make and deliver. I waited for 30 minutes and then they delivered a very salty pizza.
All the workers looked very unprofessional, never used gloves, and they were unable to answer anything when I called them later. Worst experience ever! Not going to Domino’s anymore!

I live about a mile away from this location, I got emailed a 50% off coupon from Domino’s of their regular menu, so I ordered the X-large 16″ Brooklyn Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza with black olives added to it, to be delivered about 3 hours later for dinner, while I was tracking my order, it was picked up 20 minutes before the scheduled delivery and had arrived 15 minutes after, so that’s about 45 minutes since it was picked up, very unacceptable, the pizza came barely warm and light, so we had to reheat it, it’s only 4 minutes drive from me, I’ll never order from them again!!! Forgot to mention maybe because it was a 50% off so I took forever to show up!!!

I called in my order for a large Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza for my husband to pickup. He arrived at Domino’s, paid for the pizza, and they gave him what he thought I ordered. When he returned he had a large pizza with bacon and pineapples, definitely not what we ordered!!
When I called to let them know they already knew before I could explain and the guy was apologetic for the mistake. He then proceeded to tell me they will compensate me with the Cali Chicken on my next order as long as I call from my same phone number.
Well I called to redeem the replacement pizza two weeks later and I was told I had already redeemed it which I had not. When I disputed using the credit the guy stated he would have the manager reach out because he was unable to override the system.
Two weeks later I’ve yet to connect with this manager and if I could’ve given a 0 rating I would have. My suggestion is IF you buy from the mission location be sure to check your order before you leave because you could be walking away with someone else’s order!!!

The pizza from this location has been consistently disappointing. Last time we ordered a New York style and a Hand Tossed – both the pizzas were very poorly made – the crust is VERY thin – staff needs to be trained better on working the crust, when I order hand tossed and I get what could pass off as a thin crust, something is wrong – the pizza is topped with excessive sauce, the other toppings are inadequate – AND the pizzas were both under cooked ! IMO the meal failed in every way it could ! I will be trying a different location for my next order !
