Extremely Disappointed — Total Letdown!
I’m shocked at how bad my recent order from Domino’s was. I paid $27 (after their so-called 40% special discount) for a chicken pizza, and what I got was a joke. Each slice had barely one tiny piece of chicken — it looked more like a plain cheese pizza with chicken crumbs sprinkled for namesake.
Total rip-off — Domino’s needs to stop fooling customers with fake discounts while cutting down on quality and toppings.

Ordered spinach and stuffed cheese bread and one stuffed cheesy bread
With garlic Sauce
First they didn’t gave garlic sauce
Then dough of the garlic breads were completely uncooked from as evident ca from pictures
When I called the store, They were not ready to accept. When I send the pictures on the number provided, they argued with me, telling me they have made a perfect bread and I m the one who doesn’t know anything about pizza
Usually I order from Fremont store and i get my perfect orders. This time, I tried from Grimmer blvd. The employees were super rude and food pathetic.

I ordered BBQ chicken pizza and they gave me pineapple pizza. I travelled more than 6 miles to get the order. When called the store, they just responded come and get if you want the pizza or leave it. These are the exact words they told. And this isn’t the first time that happened. The staff aren’t ready to listen and they do not have an excuse why it happened and no sorry. When something wrong happened , the minimum curtsy is to apologize or speak kindly. NEVER expected these. So disappointed….

Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than their job. There was no basic courtesy or respect when asking about my order.
On top of that, the order was very late, with no proper explanation or apology. What’s worse is that the employees didn’t seem to care at all about the delay. If you’re running behind, at least communicate instead of being dismissive.
Customer service matters just as much as food, and this store fails badly on both fronts. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time or expects basic respect.

This was my second order in last two weeks which got delayed.
When I asked the reason of delay, lady cashier initially told me there was system issue. But when I said another day also the order got delayed then she bluntly replied Friday and weekend we can’t guarantee the delivery, customer will get delayed delivery only.
No apologies from her side for their issues instead very rude behaviour.
I am reading so many negative feedback for this facilitie’s customer service.
Domino’s need to train their front line representatives better.

I’ve ordered all the extra toppings, extra cheese extra sauce on my pizza. I got tin crust, spinach, and feta with extra cheese, onions jalapeños I feel like it doesn’t seem like they have added extra it’s good though

Worst Customer Service at this Domino’s store. I wish I could give them 0 star. I ordered online jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread with no “BACON”. We are vegetarian. When I went to the store to pick it up my order I further asked the asian boy named “Terry” to make sure there is no Bacon and he said I double checked and there is no Bacon but when I reached home and open the box there was Bacon all over inside the bread. I called them to get it back and gave me the new Cheesy bread and have it delivered but they refused to deliver and told me to pick it up again.
So again I went back and picked up the order at this store and gave them back the prevoius bacon cheesy bread but the asian guy named “Terry” was so rude and unprofessional with no sorry and showing too much attitude. He handed me the new cheesy bread even they prepared it so messy and looks no cheese on it. The guy “Terry” was so rude and told me that “you can even complaint me and its good so that I can get a new Job”
So I just wanna say that to dominos that why you hired these rude people if they don’t know the customer service and even don’t want their jobs. I was regular customer here and it was so disrespectful this time now will never ever go back to this location and will also tell my friends not to go here again. It was very easy for me to order the food online, and it came fairly quickly (in around ten minutes). The food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend getting the chicken Alfredo pasta and chicken pizza, as they were the tastiest meals I’ve had from them.
