This place has been very good for us. I have a disabled child and we do take-out exclusively. We order online, hop in the car and pickup, with usually no waiting. It is hot and I have not had any order errors, but we always get a pre-arranged combo, like the extravaganza. We don’t do delivery, since they are so close and I need the fresh air anyway.
Parking is usually good, but some days the shared lot gets very busy. Overall it is not a deterrent.

I am writing to formally report a highly disturbing and unacceptable experience with the Domino’s location in Danville. On the date of my order, I placed a pizza delivery order from this location. When the driver arrived, they did not have change available. I informed the driver that I would contact the store directly to resolve the payment issue. Following this interaction, I was subjected to harassment by both the delivery driver and the store manager. Most concerning, I received multiple voicemails from individuals associated with this store who falsely claimed to be a Danville police detective. This behavior is alarming, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. The following day, I contacted the store in good faith to pay for the order and requested to speak with the manager. During this call, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice, repeatedly questioned why I had not paid, demanded to know if I was “ready to pay now,” stated she had other customers to deal with, and abruptly ended the call. Afterward, she continued calling me approximately four to five times, which I consider further harassment. Additionally, I have since become aware that the manager is now harassing her own delivery driver and attempting to force the driver to personally pay for this situation. This is deeply troubling and reflects extremely poor management practices. No employee should be intimidated or financially penalized for a situation caused by management’s handling of a customer issue. Due to the ongoing harassment, unprofessional conduct, and impersonation of law enforcement, I no longer feel safe or comfortable engaging with this location. No customer or employee should be treated in this manner, and a business should never be operated this way. I am requesting that this matter be thoroughly investigated and appropriately addressed at the corporate level.

Worst pizza ever. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. It took over an hour from the time the pizza left the shop to our house which is at most a 15 min drive. We called to see if they needed us to pick it up and the guy said he would check with the driver and then hung up. I called back thinking the hang up was an accident but nope – this seems to be standard business there. No concerns from the person on the phone. We received cold soggy pizza with literally one 1-inch square of ham per slice. Will never order from Dominos again.

THE LADY – Arrogant Staff Ruined the Experience – Never Coming Back!!!
Ordered pizza and bites for pickup. Even after an hour, the order wasn’t ready, and when it was, they gave me the wrong pizza.
When I called the store, the lady who answered was extremely arrogant—she started shouting and abusing without even listening. She refused to replace or refund and told me to come back to the store. I went back, called again, and faced the same rude behavior.
Completely unacceptable customer service. Because of this arrogant staff member, I’ve decided never to visit this place again.

Worst dominos branch in the world, tried two times. First time order was delivered after more than 1.5 hrs, pizza cold as a rock. Gave it a second try and shouldnt have, yesterday pizza did not get delivered at all. Delivery person messaged me they couldnt find the address and then after 30 mins said its delivered, i was home and did not see anyone come by.
Worst part of this is that you cannot call the branch and talk to someone, they put you on hold hours. I might give up on getting my refund, think of this as my donation to you horrible branch
Update: After being on hold for 30 mins “manager” at the branch picked up, spoke extremely rudely and when i said i did not get the pizza delivered, they disconnected the call saying they are too busy and cannot help me! Just pathetic people at this branch, stay away

We’ve had multiple bad experiences with this store. So bad that I’ve had to go to the store twice to resolve them. On one occasion, the manager woman went as far as accusing me of lying about my order not being delivered and told me to not call the store again. So I went there with my doorbell cam footage to show her in person, only to find out that the delivery driver couldn’t log into his app and had no verification of my order. The manager hadn’t even bothered to verify with the driver that the order had been delivered.
So at this point, we’re done. I like Domino’s for the convenience and like the pizza, but it’s not worth the headache. I would avoid this store and find pizza somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza through the App. Tracked on the app, showed the pizza was delivered and it wasn’t. Tried to call the store to get help, the ‘AI’ agent disconnected the call 3 times. After over an hour, the pizza was delivered freezing cold and essentially inedible. Going to have to go buy something else to eat for dinner, if I could give negative stars, I would. Unbelievable how poor a simple experience could be.

The lady who currently manages this place is running out into the ground. Nothing is ever ready and she will always tell you “5 more minutes” regardless of how long it will actually take. This place used to be decent, but I recommend ordering from San Ramon and avoid this store.

Worst store and worst customer service. Our order was half eaten, instead of pasta we got brownie and then we called phone hold time was 30 min. When i complained a totally rude manager picked up and said they will come n collect the wrong food and take it back. Now i wonder if they give out food that was returned by other customers.
