I unfortunately live in an apartment that can be very confusing to locate for delivery drivers of all kinds. With mail, it’s usually sent to the post office, with doordash, they usually just get lazy and cancel. I honestly assumed this was another
case of exactly that. I ordered my food, and I thought I put notes in the system for the driver, but upon further review it looks like I didn’t since it wasn’t provided on the receipt given to dominos. The lady who answered the phone stated that the driver tried calling me 4 times, yet my dumb phone didn’t have a single call going through. The manager working tonight was absolutely amazing to talk to. I hate confrontation and she worked through the issues with me, no blaming or pointing fingers. They then redelivered the food to the right side of the building. I really appreciate their attentiveness, and their customer service is absolutely amazing!

We all know what to expect from Domino’s. A decent Pizza pie for the money. I ordered the 3 topping pepperoni Pizza extra. Pepperoni, I got a cheese pizza minus any pepperoni at all. The store was very apologetic and agreed to credit me for my next pizza. I was truly disappointed after arriving home and realizing no pepperoni on my extra pepperoni pizza. Always check your pizza before you leave the store.

Last year I gave a 4 star review but I’m updating to 1 this year. We have ordered a few times over the last couple months and the pizza keeps being delivered late like over an hour and a half after ordering. I would have stopped ordering from here sooner but the last time they said it had been really busy so it took a while to make the pizza which I understand, it showed up at a decent temp.but this time that was not the case because the pizza was cold. The tracker said it left the store an hour before it arrived at my door which was about 40 min after I ordered. Tried calling in but got disconnected every time it got to the section on leaving comments. The pics are from about 3 min after it was delivered. The pizza was in the box so long the grease seeped out.

Always ordered here before but definitely the last. I ordered pizza yesterday & we definitely had left overs for today. My sibling ended up ripping the pizza in half when he noticed something black in the bread hole & when I opened it come to my surprise it was one of those bugs with the pinchers. Feel grossed out and questioning how such a large bug the size of a thumb nail got into it!

Most of the times they mess up our order. This time was way to much. Chard pizza and Buffalo wings that looked disgusting. Everything was cold too, because the delivery guy had a long trip probably to deliver about 6 other orders. The general manager, Corine, was rude, not carring and didn’t offer at least a bottle of coke from the house for the inconvenience. We had to drive to the pizza place to get a refund cause no one answered the phone. Being hungry and consuming the expensive gas it’s not fun. It’s also mind blowing that they actually cut it and placed it in the box and delivered it, like I, or them, or anyone else would be able to eat those ashes.

Ordered carry out tonight, everything was fast and right on time per the tracker. Most importantly, whoever crafted this 5 top no cheese is the bomb, great toppings, solid mix, very friendly. Will definitely repeat this order

The staff needs to be monitored more. Took 30 minutes to prep my pizza in an empty store and now I’m waiting another 10-15. When I walked in, the person who was supposed to be making my pizza came to the front to hug the people that came in after me. If Little Caesar’s pizza was still cheap, this place would be out of business

Ordered a spicy chicken with bacon added jalapenos, normally I check when picking up, got back to hotel and found no jalapenos and pizza was not spicy, also asked for crushed peppers. Was told they don’t have it anymore

I have ordered from this Dominos on Spring St. dozens of times over the last several years. Every interaction with them has been pleasant and professional, both in-store and their delivery drivers. Their pizza is good and and I love their online ordering app, too.

Staff was friendly but. Order was wrong, forgot the drinks, and two different pieces of hair directly in the dough. I’ll be passing on this one in the future. Also been on hold to talk to someone and let them know for over 20min.
