Too many times do I order delivery from here and the pizza arrives lukewarm and the cheese has solidified. Most times I get a “very sorry about that let me send out another order for you” or something to that effect. The last time it took an hour and a half for me to get my remake. This time I called wondering why it is that the website gives a time-frame for delivery and yet again to no surprise its late. I spoke with a cheerful girl that said she was very sorry. Said no issue I can have them remake it. Then said I was going to be charged the delivery fee again for their mistake. When I said they’ve never charged me for a remake she got the manager Paige. Paige was very curt with me and said it’s not something she can wave, she’ll get in trouble. I asked what her title was, she said general manager. I asked who her supervisor was. She said he supervises multiple stores but would not give me a name. I said so how do I speak with someone above you? She said you don’t, she is the top. If she is the top who is it exactly that is going to get her in trouble? We’ll see if I continue to receive poor delivery. I’m a bit worried that it will always be poor quality now, especially after I finally complain and leave a review.

Been waiting for two medium pizzas for over an hour, when I call to check status “faith” claims there so busy at 3:20 in the afternoon and my pizza would be delivered in about 30-40 minutes. So ridiculous to wait 2 hours to get two medium pizzas and them thinking that this is just normal and acceptable. Not ok and horrible customer service.

I just went to go order some dinner for my family and I couldn’t because it was so hot in there. The poor workers looked all red and sweaty . I felt really bad for them! This isn’t right for us customers and definitely not the employees. Thermostat at 85 but it felt more like 95 in that restaurant. Do better Domino’s.

Our pizzas were burned and had no sauce. What the heck!! You guys are not good at your job either retrain or fire some people who don’t care about their job anymore. We wasted all that money for want to throw away. Either make us better pizzas or return our money.

This was my $42.00 pizza! Called for a replacement and a hour later still no pizza… they said they could have a new out for a third time in 45 minutes, Which would make it 2 1/2 hours after my original order. They refused to refund my money

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and when I got home and opened the box, there was a nasty stuff in it, I thought it was chewing gum but I touched and smelled it, it made me nauseous . It was spoiled ham that smell disgusting. I went back and talked to the manager Petra, which seems not to really care about it. I told her to make sure to check their products before putting it on the pizzas. Or to check the expiration date for their products. I was really upset and disappointed. I don’t think I can eat a pizza any time soon.

After a long Friday, I was looking forward to a Movie and Pizza. The delivery time was longer than. I hope for but I accepted that.
What I have a hard time accepting is that my Pizza was marked as delivered but was not.
Dominos answer- Opps, we’ll remake it. No “Well comp that,” No “We’ll offer you bread sticks or a desert”. Just “ We don’t know who got your Pizza but we’ll remake it.”. This must happen a lot.

I purchased a pizza and a chicken Ceasar salad, and unknown to myself the salad was 8 days past the expiration date. I’m not sure what the protocol is for out dated food, but a manager needs to be on top of that. I do not recommend Domino’s pizza on Coffee to anyone. I don’t know how this will effect me, but I hope I’m ok after eating out dated food.

Ordered some pizzas late last night and I was surprised, but the quality was really really good and the ingredients were fresh still and also it seemed like they were using very good cleaning procedures because I can tell when these type of places don’t based off how the food taste. Great job.
