Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! The app said my order was ready so I went to the location to pick up. Then they said, it’s about another hour wait for carry out. Well I ordered 45 mins ago so I am trying to gauge if it’s another 15 mins and I should come back or it’s another hour from where I’m currently standing. The cashier throws a tantrum and walks away and I asked for clarity. The manager comes and says you can wait in the lobby for another 30 mins, but it’s up to you she says. And that’s literally what I asked for…clarity!!!

Horrible experience. Probably the worst pizza place in all of Visalia. After placing your order, the app tells you the wait time will be around 25-30 minutes. That’s fine. So, I always go to parking lot 10-5 minutes before the estimated pick up time. However, for the past THREE TIMES I came to pick the pizzas for my family, I always end up waiting AT LEAST 50 minutes! Not only that, but the workers always have such an attitude towards not just me, but other customers as well. It’s always so frustrating and irritating! Won’t come back here EVER AGAIN!

I had got delivery on 09/25/2021. And the pizza was completely miss handle!!!! I had called to let them know, I had got put on hold for 20 minutes, so I called back and got put on hold again. The third time, they hung up on me! So I had it and drive over there. When I went in there they didn’t know what to do but stare! There was a young gentle men that got the manager. Her name was Jazmine, she completely apologize (which I know it wasn’t her fault) I appreciate her and the young gentle men that finally helped me out.. I will not order pizza from this place again. The customer service sucked. To top it off. No one in there was wearing a mask or gloves & no hair nets!! Store number is #7769 1307 E Houston Ave.

I always get 2 medium pizzas and for some reason it always takes 45+mins to get them. The workers are always short and just say there’s nothing they can do about the wait. 45 mins for a pickup is ridiculous.

I gave this pizza place a single star because everything in my order was well overcooked. Kids ate some of the pizza, Can’t say the same about their so called boneless chicken. Tiny pieces of dry chicken that was also burnt…. I usually call something like this “dog scraps”…. I will not be ordering from this pizza joint again. Unsatisfied

If I could leave a zero star review I would , I ordered a pizza and tots to be delivered to my door step , the delivery driver came and took the food back with them because I do not let my children open the door to strangers . I called the store and spoke tire “store manger “ PAIGE, she said they no longer leave pizza at door and but they can send the driver back with the food, I asked her to remake and she offered a pizza for Tommorow with attitude included , I told her that does not make up for a bad dinner tonight, to her response is “ well thanks for calling and hung up on me “….. After being on hold trying to get ahold of a person for 35 minutes is now soggy, I got it re delivered by Francisco with no sorry on the timing no nothing but the look of intimidation which does nothing and his excuse was “ I’m just the delivery boy”. I told delivery boy to delivery message to STORE MANAGER PAIGE, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE , you should find a job you enjoy , making and delivering a pizza should not be this discouraging and should never call for a review this long …..

The pizza I got was delicious. It was the stuffed crust. The employees seem a little overwhelmed. They were nice & polite. It seems like they were getting too many orders to handle when I stopped by. The wait time was about 35 min for my pick up. Probably takes longer for delivery. The waiting area is small.

My wife called and ordered pizzas. They didn’t even take her phone number. Said they would be ready by 11:30. We couldn’t track the order, so my wife was worried they didn’t even rake the order. It was for family day our our child’s school. So it had to be ready at a certain time. Son I decided to call. I sat on the phone for over thirty minutes stuck in their menu. No answer. I hung up and called back. Same thing. This is ridiculous. It sure would be nice to talk to someone.
