On 12/3 My app was glitchy and kept changing my order-I fixed it again and again then ordered, only to have TWO IDENTICAL pies delivered! I checked my app and it had changed FROM my original order to DOUBLE one kind of pizza-called and, she asked if I’d touched the pizza and then without hesitation was told I could exchange one for the one I wanted! Pizza was delivered in great time and HOT-Thank you ♥️ ♥️✨

First they get my order incorrect and gave me the wrong pizza and thankfully they correct it but then I start eating the specialty hot buffalo chicken, and Idk if this is mold or what but it was very noticeable and not sure why they still serve it in my order like this. Are they not paying attention to the food they are prepping for their customers? Smh. Never had an issue before but it has been months since I last ordered at this location so not sure if new staff. But either way I’m disappointed.

I’ll just let you look at the photo and you can judge yourself. Past 3 times I’ve come here it’s been this quality. Ordered the pizza and 25 mins later this is why we got. It actually gave us a good laugh when we opened the box. terrible pizza.

I had sub par experience at this Dominos tonight. I ordered online like I usually do for pickup and drove to the store expecting my order to be ready when I got there. When I got there only confusion occurred and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes extra time while probably 7-8 people came in after and picked up their food as they got there. In the end I wouldn’t have been too upset except for the fact that the employee’s didn’t have any thing provide me for this delay in service which I expect if I am waiting this long to receive the product when it was promised as I arrived. Making it right for the customer should be a high priority and it really makes me question whether I want to continue to go here or go somewhere else for my pizza cravings. Also the pizza I received was pretty subpar in terms of the quality as you can see in the image below.

Well first off I ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza. The driver sat at the end of the street for a good 15 minutes before bringing me my pizza.
So when I got it, it was cold.
So I called the store and told them why my pizza was cold. They said that they would make me another one. By looking at the picture if you know what a Philly cheesesteak looks like this is not it. I got a hold of the Department of Health and they are taking it to there lab to find out what is all in this pizza. If they find what I told them to look for this store will be shut down and I will sue them.

So,… all time is a good experience here, but some times the just take a while to give to your order, looks like they forget your order and make again at last moment and they keep you waiting 30 min more than the pick up time, it just don’t like to waist my time

Pizza is decent on a food day. Some days the pizza is overcooked and the crust has so many bubbles that the pizza is messed up. The staff will take your order and then will take your money, Don’t expect any customer service,
