So I want start out by saying I’ve had Domino’s from several locations including the one near Grover Beach, CA. And there has been something missing and I found it here at this location in Hanford, ever bite was full with flavor and it felt like each piece melted in my mouth. Keep in mind I made a phone order and it was scheduled to be done in 15 minutes, I didn’t pick up till 45 minutes after I placed order and it was still fire!!! Hands down the best location by far.

This place is complete garbage! Everytime I order they say it’s been delivered and then it shows up 20-45 mins late. Today was the worst experience ever! I called the store to ask what was going on and the girl refused to give me her or her managers number. I told them I didn’t even want the pizza anymore. She put me on hold and hung up on me multiple times. When my order was finally delivered it was cold ♀️ I’ve ordered from here many times and it always happens. It won’t happen again!

Received an incorrect order. When I called in they said I could come pick up a replacement. When I called the next day or two to replace it they took my order and gave me a pickup time and when I arrive they had not taken the order and did not have the pizza. They tried to sell me someone else’s pizza. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, an employee who clearly wasn’t the manager shrugged her shoulders and said, “what do you want me to do?”. I left. I’ve contacted corporate with no response. Absolutely horrible customer service and food. I would post a pick but I never got the pizza.
