Staying at a hotel nearby. Looking for a pizza delivery couple of places would not deliver to my room door. Decided to look up domino’s and saw the app. It was fast to download and easy too use. Within about 30minutes my pizza was sitting at my door just as I asked. Hot and yummy. I really liked how the app tracked my order so I could see the quick progress.

I’ve been ordering food from this place in corona Green River Rd for a year or so and gradually their food lost quality and quantity. Last time I ordered two pastas and they arrived cold and over cooked. I received an email from them the following day that they were not happy for what they delivered. So they knew they screwed up but did nothing about it except to offer me 20% off for next order. I pass on 20% discount and will not order food from Dominos pizza any locations.

By far the worst experience ever. Takes 45 minutes to drive 2.8 miles. Then driver was told to just give me the pizza. Driver refused while I had his supervisor on phone. Driver sat on step demanding money. Then add insult to injury someone claiming to be from Domino’s corporate office called and offered me two free pizzas to replace the order that was cold and 45 minutes late and there is no credit on my account and every time I call the store they don’t answer the phone or they put you on hold for half an hour

Ordered here plenty of times with no issue, but this last time the driver was unable to find my apartment. They tried calling and I missed their call. That’s my fault, obviously, but when I called back the person that answered was so unnecessarily rude. She acted like I called asking a favor rather than like I was a paying customer.

I’ve been here twice and both times were very unpleasant. They were agressive with me at the door. They have used the corona virus as an excuse to be rude. I’ve been hung up on while calling, because they won’t answer the door even though they can see you. They make you call, like it’s some power trip for them. The first time I was there, I asked an employee in the doorway if he could get my pizza, he said that he couldn’t and that I had to call. The second time I was there, the lady that answered the door was rude, and when I suggested that the way they were making customers wait outside was ineffective, she just said it works for us and closed the door on me. No other dominos is treating customers this way. It has been a long time since I have seen employees act this rude to customers. Please I urge you not to support this location.

this was a horrible experience. I order regularly through this location. although today was different. I placed an order online. order was made and quality checked at 1:29pm and sat for another 30mim. So my wings, pizza and desert are sitting underneath headlamps for that period of time. I then call about my concerns and the associate that answers explained he is a driver and the manager is out and she really doesn’t take initiative when seeing these kinds of issues. I then called back once my delivery arrived after a additional 1520min. Then I call back speak with the manager and she says I will credit you for a pizza, then says the whole order after I explain i am a regular. Food arrives cold, I take a bite of the pizza and nice piece of dark brown hair. I call back to advise them of my additional findings and the guy that answers the phone says she’s already gave you felree food on the next order what more do you want? ahhh ok so my concerns are not valid. Let see how corporate likes this. BTW this is the location on green river Rd in corona ca.
