I ordered an alfredo pizza with chicken & onion this evening from the Dominos on Green River.
It’s been a long week, and I had no idea our pizza was missing the chicken until my Wife asked why I ordered an onion only pizza! Lol.
I called the store, and politely explained that about halfway through our pizza, my Wife pointed out that it was missing rhe chicken. The guy who answered didn’t apologize or offer any solutions, he simply said he can issue me a store credit. (Full transparency, I only paid $2.20 for the pizza because I had points since I routinely order pizza from Dominos for my employees. But at this point given his bad attitude, it was nist about the principle.)
So I asked if he’d be able to re-make it, or if that wasn’t an option, I asked if I could bring the other half down to the store so they could add some chicken to the other half. He replied saying, “For a number of reasons, he couldn’t add chicken or make me a new pizza with chicken.”
I asked why, if I was originally able to order a chicken pizza. He said, “Alright…. we’ll just re-make your order. It’ll be ready in 10 mins.” At this point, he sounded mad at ME, as if I had incovenienced him In a final attempt to lighten the mood and salvage the pizza I had originally hoped to enjoy, I jokingly asked if my new pizza was going to be okay, and I just wanted to make sure they weren’t going to mess with it.
He apparently didn’t find it funny because he didn’t respond. So I told him to just forget it, and ended the call.
Wild times ya’ll.

I ordered a med sausage and a med chicken. I had like 5 pieces of sausage and 5-6 pieces of chicken. Really?! You raised the price but give less toppings. How much chicken do you see?

Ordered carry out and not sure what this but I’m sure it was a dirty mushroom with packed on dirt. I called the store and the manager said the do not do refunds and that I can only get store credit.. which sucks because why would I want to order from them again?
I have a baby so my husband and so have to eat fast most times and just to think that I almost ate whatever that is… made me sick to my stomach I literally haven’t eaten since yesterday evening. They did not sound sincere when they apologized and hung up in my face. I also asked how do they clean their toppings/vegetables and he said they don’t… that they already come clean!!! So you just take them out of the package and assume all mushroom’s are clean?? Don’t even check for mold or anything? I asked all of that and he literally only said “they come clean”.

Order took almost two hours to arrive. Food was fine however, the customer service was terrible. There was no communication, no updates, and no interest when I called the store. I also reached out to customer service and corporate and never got a response. Really disappointing experience.

The worst customers service over the phone and in person. The guy tried ringing me up for 5 pizzas when I only placed an order for 2 medium pizza’s and tried saying that I was lying. He also provided me a phone number that did not belong to me and I told him that is not me, he was mumbling some BS and was extremely rude. I will never go to this Dominos again. Hope this gets to management and maybe make changes on the type of employee they have. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered a large hawaiian and deluxe and menu states it had no black olives and ended up getting black olives on the deluxe. So disgusting. Our other pizza was soggy too. I won’t be returning.

10 days ago I placed an order to get delivered to my unit. Driver delivered to the wrong address. I called dominos and was able to reach him. He argued with me and said he delivered to the correct address (if it was delivered to the correct address it would had been outside my door) my toddler was excited and waiting for his pizza that never arrived. The driver had the nerve to tell me to go to the unit where he dropped the pizza off and pick it up myself (so what was the delivery fee that I was charged for!) Very unprofessional dominos!
I then spoke to a lady at the store and asked for a refund, she said she couldn’t give me a refund because I should had noted in my delivery instructions to “knock my door” but since I only instructed to “leave at my door” I couldn’t get a refund because technically it’s my fault it was delivered to the incorrect unit.. ARE YOU SERIOUS DOMINOS!?! I been living here for 2 years and no other delivery person has delivered to the incorrect unit!!!!
So to end my review the lady said she will give me “store credit” .. ok, I’ll take that, better than nothing for your guys mistake right? .. but guess what guys? It’s been 10 days since this incident and I still haven’t received my store credit!!!! COME ON DOMINOS!!!!! DO BETTER!!!
If you guys will be placing delivery orders from this dominos in green river please don’t put “deliver at my door” because if it doesn’t get delivered it will be your fault and you won’t received a refund or even your store credit.

Food is always good here but my complaint is about tyler. We walked through the door and he yelled at us. Then he was venting and throwing a temper tatrum. He yelled at us “pickup?!” And we said no and he lost it.
Brennen was able to take our order and help us though. He was great. Really, everyone else there seemed normal but tyler left a bad taste in my mouth and was having a mental breakdown. I cannot imagine how hard it must be to work with that type of personality .
Manager needs to fire them. Thats really not okay to be happening. Workers should not be yelling at customers unprovoked and then throwing a tempertantrum when nothing even happened.
We got pizza, cookie/brownie and breadsticks. We tend to buy alot and if it wasnt for other normal workers, we would go to the other locations. It only takes 1 bad person to leave a lasting impression.
