Hi! Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the young gentleman working hard by himself on 01/04/26. I ordered some carry out pizzas and went to pick them up around 10:52AM. The young man was friendly, polite, and provided great customer service. Also, the pizzas looked good and tasted yummy too! Thank you!

Ordered online. There was no problem with the delivery or with the pizza. However, there was an issue with my e-receipt and what was charged to my CC company. Somehow there was an additional $5 charge to my card. Reported this to Domino’s and my CC company. Received a call from Domino’s Placentia and was told I added an $8 tip. I explained I did not and have the e-receipt which I can provide to them. He said he did not need it. He asked did I want the $8 refunded or $5 refunded. I stated only the $5 that was added to my bill. Later, I received a call I believe from their site manager who wanted to confirm some CC information for my refund. I offered to email my Domino’s e-receipt but she did not need it. She said she will process a $5 refund. Uncertain if this is a ordering system glitch but if not, I think this would be considered wire fraud if someone is electronically increasing payments without customer input / notification. If paying by credit or debit card, I strongly suggest you verify what is actually being posted and that it meshes with your e-receipt.

What a worthless business. They clearly don’t like money because you can only use 2 gift cards at a time when ordering online amd over the phone. Well, when an order to feed one family costs a little under $100, maybe you should accept a few more gift cards for payment! The food isnt even that great, its mediocre pizza at best. Get over yourselves and accept ALL of sometimes gift cards for your prison cafeteria grade food.

“I ordered from Domino’s a few nights ago and was very disappointed with my experience. The order did not meet my expectations, and I considered returning the pizza to request a refund. However, after a long 12-hour shift at work, I decided to call in the morning instead. I hope to see improvements in the future.”

This is less of a review for this specific Dominoes, the staff was great and very friendly. The pizzas I’ve gotten from the past three locations seem to be getting worse over the past few months. So much sauce and so little cheese.. :/ what happened to my deep dish pizzas?.. 🙁

Anytime Mauricio makes my pizza its phenomenal!!
On Wednesday I walked in to pick up my order after 30 minute estimated pick up time but was informed it would be another 10 minutes. They had one employee,not sure if that was Mauricio, working alone& killing it! It was such a busy day from what I could tell. When I arrived there was already 6 pizzas waiting to be picked up, he was working on another 4 and the screen showed another 6 orders pending including my own, holy smokes! Not only that but people kept showing up and it was just the one person working. Their delivery driver showed up not long after but it was only to pick up the rest of delivery orders so he couldnt help out. I just want to shout out whoever was working on Wednesday 3/27 afternoon cause they deserve praise for the amount of work they had to do on their own. Any time I order delivery thir drivers are kind and on time, my pizza is always made the way I order it and the Staff inside has always been kind. I hope they know how much I appreciate them and the hard work they put in daily. You’re all amazing!

The pizzas were made on time. With all the correct ingredients. I was waiting, and they may have wanted to get me my pizzas fast, and the pizzas were UNDERCOOKED. The pizzas also had so little pizza sauce that it was dry without flavor.

Ordered a carry out pizza tonight and I was most definitely impressed with the product they put out as well as their customer service. Steven was very polite and thoughtful and even let me check my pizza before leaving. As for the pizza itself, it’s delicious, baked until the crust was nice and crispy, topping are cooked through and not over or undercooked. I will for sure be coming back here whenever I crave some pizza.

Please hire a delivery person that knows how to read. Gave exact instructions. Gave exact address and apartment #. Even gave him my location by sharing it on iPhone. He was still lost. Not saying who it was or when. Doesn’t deserve to lose his job over this. Spent 10 minutes on the phone telling him he should just follow the location I sent him over text. Tipped him $5 despite everything.
