Read all below prior to considering Domino’s pizza. Worst Pizza ever!!
Food: Barely pizza. I paid approximately $20.00 for “large” 2 topping pizza with extra sauce. First off, it seems the sauce barely made it to the pizza. It appears the toppings were strategically placed to include (on average since some pieces had no toppings) 3 small pieces of jalapenos and 3 small pieces of sausage. I also ordered 1 root beer and 1 Orange Fanta. The orange Fanta didn’t make it to me as I was delivered coke instead. BUT, my messed up order arrived on time. Thank you Uber. With this experience I now understand the 3.3 low rating for Domino’s in the Tustin area. When I’m closer to the Brea area, they must take more pride in their quality of service, because their pizza’s are yummy. Think twice about ordering from this low rated Domino’s! I created a GPS private list titled “Do NOT Purchase” folder to store this location as such. Great job Domino’s your lack of quality customer service prompted me to take action to track and avoid businesses that are incompetent.

Placed my order at 6:22 pm with an delivery time of 22 to 30 minutes after an hour delay I called the store repeatedly to request an refund I asked to speak with an manager who by the way never came to the phone I explained to the employee that I don’t want to re-heat cold pizza finally after 4 phone calls I was told that once the driver returned with the items I would be given my refund all night no one contacted me or attempted to refund my money the next day I politely go to the store and requested to speak with a manager and was greeted by an employee pretending to be a manager he said the pizza was never returned to the store although I have the driver on my ring camera walking away with the order another employee took my contact information claiming they were too busy to refund my money and would call me later at this point I won’t order from any dominoes ever again the customer service sucks and they don’t care about their customers tomorrow morning I’m contacting corporate please go to Pizza Hut I’m sure they honor their delivery expectation refund policy

They don’t care. I ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce, chicken and steak and got a chicken and bacon pizza. I called the store and they offered to get it remade, and get store credit for my next purchase. I go there, they hand me the new pizza, it was burned and didn’t have any chicken. No store credit was given or anything like that. I’m currently waiting for them to make the 3rd pizza.

Update: I asked for the store credit they mentioned over the phone, the same employee that made my order wrong twice ignores me, say that’s ok and tries to walk away. I asked him again and does the same. The third time he tells me that the credit is going to my phone profile (I ordered through the app) he pretends to click some things on the computer and turns his back. His coworkers was clearly confused by his actions. He claims to be called Josh.

Stingy on the toppings that I paid for. They charged me 15 dollars for toppings that I requested: green peppers, onions , mushrooms and olives. They were hardly any green bell peppers. A good consistent of pepperoni , I ordered half of the pizza with jalapeños which was well portioned but the onions looked like they only did half of the pizza as well with a lack of mushrooms. I had also ordered another pizza with one topping pepperoni which had a piece of onion and green bell pepper on it. Just after seeing the other reviews, this is the last time ordering from Domino’s.

I ordered a pizza with green pepper, extra chicken and onion as toppings, but received one with only chicken. This was not what I asked for, and it was very disappointing.

When I called to ask about it, the person I spoke to insisted he had added green pepper “by his own hand,” but that clearly wasn’t true.

I haven’t heard “sorry” at all — not even a basic apology for the mistake.

I ordered online a Pan Pizza (handmade thick) and got a regular thin pizza. I COULD have gone back and asked for a refund or complaint, but I chose not to. Turns out they are about the same price, yet NOT the same quality. There was only one employee and I had to wait till he was done making pizza to get mine, which was set for curbside service and after waiting 10min I had to go in and get it. BUYER BEWARE

I am dissatisfied with the quality of food that was delivered to me yesterday. For starters, I ordered the 12CB Classic buffalo. Upon receiving my delivery and looking at the food, the food was completely burnt, the bottom of the box was covered in char and black and brown all on the bottom, the buffalo sauce was just sprinkled on top, the cheese was barely melted. it was totally unappealing and not edible. I did not eat it, I contacted the store and was immediately placed on hold for over 25+ mins, with no one periodically checking in on me. Once I finally got a hold of someone after waiting for 30+ mins we did not reach a resolution. I was advised that this was normal for the food to come out this way, because the cheese melts and causes the blackness. (what?!) and that basically only thing that would be offered was store credit. I refused credit because I refuse to ever return to this location due to lack of quality of food and the customer service. The manager refused to get on the phone to address my concerns, I basically felt like they were not willing to do anything to satisfy my concerns. Came off as very nonchalant. At the end of the call, I reached no resolution, I was told that I had to call corporate to complain and reach a resolution. I’m totally dissatisfied with the quality of food that this company is sending to customers and with the level of customer service at this location. this is completely unacceptable. I don’t understand why have the meter that says” quality check” when clearly no one in the store cares about quality of food. DO NOT GO HERE !!! This location should be shut down!!!

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Domino’s Pizza on Avenue in Tustin is using, but it’s definitely working. I mean, they managed to make me forget about the sad excuse for pizza down the street at Little Caesars. And trust me, that’s no easy feat.

When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee who was literally doing it all – making pizzas, serving customers, probably even fixing the sink in the back. But you know what? He was doing it all with a smile on his face. That’s dedication right there.

The cheese pizza was ooey gooey perfection, the pepperoni pizza was a spicy little number that hit just the right spot. Yummy yummy in my tummy, indeed. So if you’re ever in the mood for some delicious pizza and a side of entertainment (watching a multitasking magician in action), head on over to Domino’s Pizza. You won’t regret it.

I am 8 minutes away from the store and ordered food at 730pm last Saturday night and had to call and ask where I’m driver was at 900pm. I was told he would be at my place in 7-10 minutes. I waited until 930pm and he was about 20 minutes in the opposite direction from when I last checked. When I called they put me on hold twice after already calling once and nicely asking where my order was. I tried again from a different cell number and they answered right away and when the guy found out it was me he was very vulgar, started to raise his voice, when I told him I am calling corporate and they needed to issue me my refund he laughed and hung up the phone. Get people who we can understand over the phone. Corporate told me that the store manager was supposed to give me a call but never did.

Food is great but too much salt and you have a salty environment. I simply asked one of the staff members if they had any pizza already ready to go and another employee said “Sir please don’t talk to him and proceed to the front of the store”. I was definitely 110% NOT on the inside barrier where it’s employees only and It seemed like it was a little 10th grader telling me this lol pretty petty. I can tel even the employee I asked freaked out a moment there and looked down scared like they just did something absolutely terrible… Well that was absolutely ridiculous. To top all this off, I was only there because I went to the tire place next door and on the way out I was checking my oil and then on the way out, I was pulling out toward Dominos and pulled over right in front of the store to fill up some oil in my car. When I was out of the car and under the hood, there was an iron piping just sticking out like it was part of a parking block (those rectangle looking blocks that one would typically park in front of) and this thing is sticking straight up waiting to get somebody. It got my foot by accident and only added to my frustration so yeah this place is not my type of establishment to give any business to. Just go down the street there’s plenty of options in that vicinity. Check the pictures for references to what I mentioned! I went there Friday 11/17/2023
