I just received my order via delivery, I ordered because me and my husband were hungry and know that not many places will delivery late. I opened the box and started eating my slices right away, my husband pointed out that the slices I have not touched had long hair strands on the pizza. I tried to call the store to notify them about 6 times and their phone lines go straight to disconnect. I am completely disgusted and 100% unsatisfied.

I paid and tipped before I saw the pizza, and upon sight, I actually felt grief. This is the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. I ordered a large with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, but this pizza looked like someone ACCIDENTLY put toppings on and was too lazy to take them off. All of the toppings looked like it was taken off two slices and redistributed. And the cheese barely covered all of the pizza. What an disappointing, upsetting pizza experience. I’m so thankful we had a DiGiorno in the freezer.

I wanted to leave a review to highlight how expensive their wings are. $26.09 for 16 wings. That’s $1.62 for one wing. Does that sound fair ? Not to mention they aren’t the best quality. Please lower your prices for wings, this is asinine.

Not going to order Domino’s anymore sadly very low toppings for large pizzas we asked for extra pepperoni as a second topping and the results were nonsense compared to our friends regular pepperoni pizza. I’m done ordering 4rm dominos.

I placed an order through the system at 7:30, my tracker indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 8:20. I called the store several times and there was no answer.
My husband and I waited til 9pm, for a call or delivery and nothing was done. We drove to the store to clear up the misunderstanding and at this point for the order to be canceled.
In fact my husband requested to speak to the manager to make a formal complaint on the lack of customer service we received throughout this process. It was so frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone thinking that our pizza had been delivered elsewhere.
We would’ve understood if they would’ve told us the actual time of delivery was not accurate but instead they proceeded to call the driver and made sure the pizza were not delivered since we were canceling! It was very unprofessional and they showed no care for the customer at all. The manager never came out because he/ she was too busy in the back and instead a young lady proceeded to tell my husband that they were short on staff and that deliveries were taking 2-3 hours! Had we known this from the start and there was actual communication with us either in a text, call or in the system, we would’ve understood and picked up the pizza ourselves, we ended coming all the way over anyway!
This store is incompetent, and very unprofessional. Please train your staff correctly and make sure you have the right staff communicating with the customers. We wouldn’t have been upset, have we knows the issues.
