I go to this location every other month and I tolerate their unfriendliness because of their proximity to my home. I should’ve checked the latest carryout order before I left the store because my “double” pepperoni add-on was only regular. For those who don’t know, there is extra (which is a little more than standard) and double (which is more than extra).
My son loves picking off the pepperoni from his pizza. He was so disappointed when he only got 2 pieces on his slice.
If you have seen the technology that goes into ensuring pizzas are promptly and accurately made at any Domino’s location, you’d be impressed by the amount of technology that goes into it. They have many LED Monitors with metrics & orders to keep track of it all. I can’t help but think that this location may be cutting corners somewhere…
Go to a different location if you want friendly, accurate service.

Incompetent and dismissive staff. Dealing with this staff, more specifically Fabio (if he actually gave me his real name), was beyond frustrating. They are complacent, condescending, and completely unwilling to handle even the simplest concerns. Instead of problem-solving, they rush to get you off the phone, offering no real assistance. Their go-to response? “Call corporate”, which is just an automated message that dumps you into an email black hole with no real human support. The lack of accountability and basic customer service here is unacceptable. If you actually need help, don’t expect to get it from them. I had a free 2-topping pizza coupon that I couldn’t redeem because it was online delivery only, but when I went to check out, I was suddenly required to meet the store’s $23 order minimum. Completely misleading if the offer is for a free pizza. I called for help, and all they could say was “Weird.” “Never seen that.” “Maybe call corporate.” No solutions, no effort, just an excuse to get me off the phone. When I explained that I couldn’t just pick it up in-store because the coupon was delivery only, the genius on the other end hit me with his best attempt at logic: “Well, if I was giving you a free pizza, you’d still have the coupon.” If that’s the level of critical thinking they’re working with, it explains a lot.

This is the sloppiest most unprofessional store In Aliso Viejo there is!! I got this order ! Super unappetizing and messy! I called and one of the employees hung up on me after I wanted to speak to a manager. Then when I spoke to the unprofessional manager-ALEJANDRA SHE WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING AND DID NOT SEEM TO Care about her employee Doing there job correctly. She also wasn’t concerned about my issue and did nothing to deescalate the situation.EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!

I don’t usually write reviews, but today I had the worst experience of my life. My wife placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, only to find that they had messed up the order by leaving out some toppings. When she pointed it out, they offered to give her the toppings on the side, which she didn’t like, so she asked for the pizza to be remade. Since it would take an additional 20 minutes, they offered her a free drink while she waited in the rain.
However, when her order was finally ready and she went to grab the drink, the owner suddenly changed his mind and refused to give it to her. When she reminded him that he had offered it, he humiliated her, saying, “You already got a new pizza—you can’t get everything for free.”
This behavior, especially coming from the owner, was shockingly rude. It was our last time visiting this location, and it’s no surprise that their ratings are so low.
