Have ordered from here a few times but do not recommend this location. Every time my pizza was very undercooked to the point I would reheat it in the oven to cook it properly, even after ordering my pizza to be well done. The cheese was never fully melted and the meat was definitely undercooked, as well as minimal amount of toppings even when paying for extra toppings. Also the delivery tracker never works properly, it will say still at the store when the delivery driver is already here.

This is the sloppiest most unprofessional store In Aliso Viejo there is!! I got this order ! Super unappetizing and messy! I called and one of the employees hung up on me after I wanted to speak to a manager. I go to this location every other month and I tolerate their unfriendliness because of their proximity to my home. I should’ve checked the latest carryout order before I left the store because my “double” pepperoni add-on was only regular. For those who don’t know, there is extra (which is a little more than standard) and double (which is more than extra).

I always love this Domino’s! Two of the staff members I see regularly are always kind and on time with carry-outs. Pan style is my go to and they get it just right every time! Nice crispy crust from the caramelized cheese and tomato sauce, and buttery!
