Every time I ordered a thin crust pizza and put special instructions to do pie cut, AND I called to make sure they do the pie cut, they keep messing it up and make me wait another 15 minutes for another pizza. I regretted everythingI ordered from this location.
The worst thing is that I just noticed the store manager was making the pizzas with his bare hands without gloves!!!!

Gio, the manager at the Domino’s on Ridge Route and Muirlands, is awesome. He’s friendly, professional, and keeps the store running smoothly. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Always a good experience at this location.

My dad ordered and I found a hair cooked into the pizza my dad told me to call so I did. When I called to ask the guy I talked to was understanding at first and then said he would make us a new one and it would be on its way in 45 minutes and if I was okay with waiting I said yes that’s fine then asked for me to give back the pizza and I said okay i will but just letting you know it’s not the full pizza we ate most of it he thought I said this was the last slice and rudely said so conveniently the last slice has a hair cooked into it. I then said if you do not believe me I will gladly show the driver the slice that has the cooked hair in it. He said that’s not necessary because “I have to believe you”. Rude customer service if he’s the manager he needs to be retrained you never say that to a customer EVER. There’s the photo of the cooked in hair. I would never lie just to get another pizza this made me nauseous and almost throw up because well I’m pregnant and the unsanitary food isn’t good for my baby or me.

Domino’s deliver the wrong pizzas to my house. When I called to let them know they wouldn’t do anything about it told me because I ordered on the app they couldn’t do anything about it. That’s the last time I will ever spend a penny at that store

Terrible service we always order for house . They are soo late for deliveries, promise one time and don’t deliver on that time. Rude ppl working at the front when calling to place order. Only nice guy is the older Asian gentleman

Today we ordered veggie pizza with chicken. In veggies they only gave us bell peppers, spinach, onion and lots and lots of tomatoes. I don’t understand why we got this tomato pizza. It taste worst. We checked it once we reach home. This place is worst.
