I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s Pizza. I placed an order at 10:09 PM while I had guests over, and the estimated delivery time was 20–30 minutes. At 10:26 PM, I received an email saying my food had been delivered — except it absolutely had not. Nothing showed up at my door.
After waiting and getting embarrassed in front of my guests, I drove to the store myself to figure out what was going on. Instead of helping me, the store manager actually yelled at me and was completely dismissive. I was told the order was “on the way” and would be at my house in four minutes. I went back home… and still nothing showed up.
This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the delivery information inaccurate, but the way I was treated in person was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this location again. If you value your time and want basic customer service, I suggest going somewhere else.

Marisol the Mananger tried to explain why her driver was over 30 min late and why the order said compleat for the while time.
The driver or store did not even call or ask or anything. No just delivered 3 different times in a row of cold pizza and it was over 20-30 min late. This was not a one off this is the third time it has happened.
I was informed that they will comp an order next time but nothing now. So cold pizza and dinner for over 60 with a tip.

ordered pizza and mac n cheese for delivery bc i needed something quick and easy for my kids and i while i was working from home and under a deadline and the website claimed it would be 28 mins to be delivered. ordered at 12:42 and by 1:10 it was tracking as delivered but no food at my door. finally called at 1:20 and was on hold for 10 mins when someone answered and said so sorry they were backed up, our food was just now being picked up by the delivery driver. why mark it as delivered for the past 20 minutes then? im guessing to make their numbers for their corporate targets or something but makes it confusing for customers who are trying to make decisions about whether to order or not and customers who think they’re missing their food. edited to add: this is the mac and cheese, not a single macaroni noodle. had to call back for them to resend it.

I paid online and chose in‑store pickup, but when I arrived the staff told me I had to pay again. I never received a refund for my original online payment, despite sending multiple emails. The amount of time I’ve spent trying to resolve this is already worth more than the food itself. Very disappointing experience.

Second time this happens. The tracker showed “Delivered,” but nothing arrived after an hour. When I called the store, they said the tracker is not accurate and the pizza would arrive 30 minutes later. Marking orders as delivered when they are not is misleading and unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again.

Ordered Philly cheese steak pizza and there was hardly any steak in it. We felt it was mushroom pizza. Kids were hungry and so we decided to eat it.
I called to report the issue as a feedback and they said they can’t take my word for it and they needed photo evidence. I sent the photo of the last slice and their explanation was that steak was under the cheese.

I ordered 60$ worth of pizza and wings yesterday, and it was easily the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. The pizza crust was so thin that there was literally no middle to the pizza (Check out the pictures). The small amount of crust that was on our pizza, was so thin it that it was barely there. The wings we received were soft and chewy (pictures also included). We ordered online and tried to report our issue online, but the only solution they would offer is 20% off our next order or 60 reward points towards a medium pizza (our pizza was a large brooklyn style, so this wouldn’t even cover half the cost). We then tried to call into the store to talk to the manager, but were placed on hold for over 15 minutes. We eventually just gave up and cut our losses. Don’t waste your time with this store, or maybe even Domino’s in general, when you have so many other options around.

For the owner… 5th time ordering here so my review is based on that. Sat here couple times waiting for pizza and observed. Employee moral appears low, communicates in how they work and interact, greeting and service needs improvement, noise level of hood is high, they yell over each other and keep saying “what?…” dough quality good, overall pizza quality good, cheese and sauce spread good, vegetable toppings sparse. Will update review if anything improves over next 5 orders.

I have been buying Pizza from this place regularly. The quality of Pizza is good. The staff are friendly and professional. Recommend their garlic sauce. Also suggest Domino’s not to charge for the red pepper and sauce. Overall, a good experience.
