I’d give it a zero if I could. Did the car side delivery because of a leg injury and the app said it was ready but I just sat for 40 min. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. I saw workers inside walking around and laughing. Must of been having a good time. Finally a delivery driver came back and I was able to ask her what was going on and she walked in, grabbed my pizzas, came out, shoved them in my window, said “sorry”, and walked away. My pizzas were cold and one of them was wrong. Never go here…ever.

Do not bother ordering anything from this location, drive 10 more minutes to Bundy Canyon and save yourself a headache. If you do insist on ordering here be prepared for DOUBLE the max amount of time on the tracker at minimum to receive your food, that is if they bothered to even make your order at all. This location is constantly “forgetting” and messing up orders so DO NOT pre-pay and if your doing carry out, call before you drive over or you regret it as you wait inside for an hour.

I ordered a pizza with light cheese and got extra sauce instead. I can’t even pick up a slice without it flopping over my fingers because it so heavy. I was originally told it would be done in 15-25 minutes but ended up waiting for a whole HOUR. Staff was very unorganized. If you like mystery made pizza come here

The “system” dindt get the order but they charged the money! Once we arrived nothing was ready and pretty much the manager told us we where wrong or in the wrong store! Dispute it with the bank was what she said! Insanity! Never come here!

Fried Chicken wings were “mushy”, and seemed like they were previously frozen and not reheated properly. We ordered a pan pizza and regular hand tossed pizza, taking advantage of a special they were running online. Pizzas were worth the discounted price. Both were bland, the standard pizza we ordered was missing toppings. Frozen pizza from the grocery store would have tasted better and been a better value. Staff member who brought out my order was a bit rude and just dropped the pizzas into the car rather than hand it to me.

Spend 50 minutes waiting then when I called back they said the system crashed when they were placing the order. Instead of having me wait or calling back to re order they just said you wont be charged for the order when I called yo check the order. Worst service I’ve had in a while the manager has no ability to manage anything and should be re evaluated to a floor sweeping position

Did the 3 medium any topping pizzas coupon. Ordered all 3 well done, not only were they not well done, one of them was so UNDERcooked that it was not able to be eaten. Was pure dough. I called to tell them, they “gave me a credit for a free pizza” good only at their store. When I tried to redeem that, I was told that there was no credit.

They’re almost always friendly at this location; scratch that, I can’t think of a time they weren’t friendly. Yet the last time I placed an order online and picked it up, the pizza was BARELY lukewarm. I’m not sure if their bags were left open, maybe the heating lamps were in need of replacement or what, but that’s the only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars from me. Nobody orders a pizza, goes to sneak a taste and BEFORE he even gets BACK HOME the pizza is barely warm?!

3rd time we have ordered from this location, and they delivered very fresh, hot food. Delivery has always been on-time and no skimping on the toppings. Given the price of food I expect to get what I ordered, and they delivered exactly what I wanted and not one bad pizza.
