tell me why i didn’t get a call or confirmation email telling me that it was ready? it was supposed to be curbside. and they burnt my gluten free pizza to add to it. this special crust is already thin so they should adjust their cooking time. it was pretty rock solid. not worth $16.99 at all.

I picked my order up tonight and unfortunately it was not ready at the projected pick-up time. It would have been easy for me to a “Karen”, but the level of excellent customer service and hustle I was able to observe during my wait certainly changed my mind. It’s just proof that excellent customer service, and responsiveness to mishaps go a long way. It also helps if people understood that these team members are human and deserve kindness and patience. Phone order carryout 30min be ready ok.Had to wait an additional 15 minutes at store thay said my pizza be ready .Get home this what I get look at pictures.I was mad Can’t Believe that’s what they made this pizza. British chef Gordon Ramsay throw this pizza in there face made it. No kind of management and Quality Control .I gonna drive back and demand it a new pizza. I was so exhausted and tired from work driving from LA this is unacceptable. Back 5/31/2025 Everybody in life deserves a second chance .I’ve been back now. Picture says it all. Sorry but this is just not acceptable. Starting Apri 1st fast food workers are going to be paid $20 an hour for poor quality! So many air bubbles we cannot eat 4 pieces. The white sauce had so many bubbles they cut the pieces to fit with the bubble instead of making a new pizza. Worst part was it was delivery so we just handed the driver his tip and accepted the pizza had he shown us the pizza qualitity we would have declind the food.

Ordered delivery and you always forget the sauce. The sauce is just as important as the food. I won’t eat most of your food without it. 20% off for food that’s not good without the sauce is bs. Bring me the sauce, not asking for money off or free stuff. Just do your job.

Friday I picked up me order. Turned back because I received incorrect order. The pizza they gave me was a pepperoni pizza that’s been sitting there, not even warm oil drenched in the middle of the pizza. Went online to make a complaint and nobody has reached out to me regarding this issue it’s been since Friday. Horrible do better.
