Friday I picked up me order. Turned back because I received incorrect order. The pizza they gave me was a pepperoni pizza that’s been sitting there, not even warm oil drenched in the middle of the pizza. Went online to make a complaint and nobody has reached out to me regarding this issue it’s been since Friday. Horrible do better.

Talk about rude. This place always delivers great service except for Gerardo today. Ordered delivery upon arrival wife asks how much tip on the card, I tell her I have cash so she hands the reciept back to the driver and his exact words are “thanks for the tip now give me my pen back.” Sad to say he left empty handed for that comment, plenty of pizza competition to go around next time.

It said my order was delivered but it was not. I called and the manager of the store said that the driver was lost so I brought the pizza back. No calls I figure out where I am. Also Google literally brings you to my front door so that should not have been lost. When I called the manager I asked if he could make it fresh and he was really really rude. He ended up hanging up on me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this one. Worst service ever

Phone order carryout 30min be ready ok.Had to wait an additional 15 minutes at store thay said my pizza be ready .Get home this what I get look at pictures.I was mad Can’t Believe that’s what they made this pizza. British chef Gordon Ramsay throw this pizza in there face made it. No kind of management and Quality Control .I gonna drive back and demand it a new pizza. Last night ordering from their website was a mess. They said my order couldn’t be processed so I called the store directly and placed it. I thought all was well. When I looked at my bank statement this morning they charged me 200.00!!!!! My order was 50!!!! I am beyond upset so I called the store to speak with a manager and see what happened and was on hold for over 15 minutes and no answer it just hung up on me to start over. I am having to now call my bank and be inconveniently placed without a card until I can dispute the extra 150.00 they charged me. I will never order from this store again.
