Did the 4 for 21.99 deal and ordered 1 order of garlic Bread bites and one order of cinnamon bites and received 2 garlic bread bites.

i don’t typically leave reviews, i feel like something either has to be magnificent or horrendous to warrant a review from me. unfortunately my dominos order from this location went wildly beyond my (very low) expectations in the worst way, and my order was truly atrocious.
my order was: two medium pan pizzas with extra cheese, one was pepperoni, the other was pineapple and bbq sauce; two orders of spinach and feta bread; and a cookie brownie.
what i received was: two medium hand tossed pizzas with barely any cheese let alone extra, the toppings were right, however the pineapple pizza was about 90% bbq sauce. the spinach and feta bread was…… just undercooked bread. no seasonings, no spinach, no feta, a greedy crumb of cheese on top. the cookie brownie was completely inedible, as it was burned to a crisp and too hard for a human mouth to consume unless you wanted to risk losing your teeth. this order also took a little over an hour to arrive (despite estimating 20-30 minutes), i live TWO minutes away and they were closed for carryout.
it is unbelievable that out of everything i ordered, absolutely none of it was done even a little bit right.
they are allegedly giving me a refund, which is the only good part i suppose. i have no idea how any of this even left the store. i have nothing bad to say about the kid who made and delivered my order as he looked no older than 18 at the very most, but to the new manager at this location: maybe don’t leave new hires who are working alone and don’t know what they’re doing yet to fend for themselves, and maybe consider, y’know, managing and helping. 🙂
edit: one week and 3 phone calls later, i still haven’t received a refund. incredible.

I just hate the fact that everybody just measures out portions to put on a pizza to make the pizza not really a pizza. Back in the day you wanted a pizza I just put it on there made it look good and cooked it and it was awesome now it’s all weighed out pepperoni weighed out of amount of cheese wait out this just like subway which also sucks don’t go there no more you want Subway go to Submarina and if you want pizza you go to the store and make your own out of Boboli pizza crust

Ordered for lunch today for curbside. Arrived it said pizza was done. Waited in car for 10 mins with hazards on no one came out. Went inside saw pizza on counter with an opened box of Parmesan bites and no employees in sight. After a couple minutes someone came out from the back asked what I needed. I told them I was there to pick up. He said he had run to the back for Parmesan sauce. Pizza and bites were cold. Our pizza was to be pepperoni and onion. There are 2-3 pieces of onion per slice.

This is a super inconsistent pizza place. They are great on delivery times, but- in the past our chicken was all cartilage piece, pizza raw. And this time we ordered extra mushrooms on an only mushroom pizza and we got even less than normal. More mushrooms please.

Ordered the new stuff crust pizza with 3 toppings…$27.99…? For a medium pizza? Seriously? What a rip off. Although the crust and cheese were good. Not worth the cost. Little Caesars just as good for a lot less. Won’t be ordering that again.

This place is horrible, over an hour for one sandwich. I’m sorry but that’s terrible. When you call the store the guy sounds like he’s been getting stoned all day and no clue what you’re talking about. My food still hasn’t shown up.
Update! Finally showed up, hour and 20 minutes. Driver forgot my drink and this is how well made the sandwich is. Terrible. And they wonder why they shouldn’t get paid more than 8 dollars an hour.

They do a good job here compared to other “fast food” pizza places they always get my order correct, pizza has never been burned. The service is friendly and the app actually gives you deals and rewards you can use. It’s no mom and pop specialty pizza place but if you have a lot of mouths to feed in a hurry not a bad choice.
