Customer service is great, and the pizza is always done when they say it will be done! The pizza on the other hand, can be a hit or miss, especially the Philly pizza. Sometimes it’s bomb, and sometimes it’s dry and burnt around the edges. I stopped ordering from here for awhile because of the inconsistency. I’m back at giving them another try. Pizza was pretty good on my last order.

I originally placed an delivery order , a representative called and let me know it’s high volumes for delivery approx 3 hrs . I agreed to pick up order and this is what I got . I don’t know if they were being funny or what. I order a 8 piece & recieved 5 wings . I paid for pasta with 2-3 strips of chicken and barely any pasta . This is RIDICULOUS . I called to complain and I keep getting out on hold .

Completely unprofessional! I ordered online and my pizza had been sitting there since 7:23pm. I call the store at 8:30 pm and they tell me to go pick it up, they will charge me again and refund $5.99 for delivery fee. I get to the store and the guy walks to the back and starts laughing with the other males. The only female on shift actually took time to look for my order and gave it to me. They didn’t even offer a refund in store. Didn’t even give me a fork for the pasta. Pizza was cold too!

I ordered 2 pizzas from here both have hair in it and the guy cashier start arguing with me when I said it’s hair you can clearly see he said it is cheese and when i ask for manager he said he is going to call the police on me. He also refused to give his name to me and being rude and he refused to give me my receipt
