Delivery driver tried to scam me by saying I didn’t pay for my order when I in fact did online. I had all the proof. He clearly didn’t think this little plan of his through. He tried to charge me again. He proceeded to walk off with my order and pretended to call “the manager” and came back and said they processed it… What a lie… Anyway won’t order from them again. He was very disrespectful and had a stupid smug look on his face when he realized I didn’t fall for his scam.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online at 6:25 p.m., was supposed to take 17-28 minutes. I got a text that Cory was out for delivery, and it would be delivered shortly. It was never delivered. an hour later, and 20+ phone calls that I was hung up on after trying to get problems resolved online and over the phone, I finally got though to someone 2 1/2 hours later. I was told it must have been delivered to the wrong address. I told them I wanted my pizza, I paid for it and I wanted it. They said they would reorder it for me. I’m hoping it’s not tampered with (spit on or something worse) and that I’m not charged for it twice. We will see. I am very disappointed with this store location on Florida in Hemet. It was finally delivered and the delivery person was very nice and apologetic. The salad was brown and old looking, did not eat it even though I paid $10.99 for it.

Let me preface this by saying I certainly should always check my orders before leaving!
Extra sad today as the app didn’t function correctly again, 3rd time in a row this has occured and 2nd time in a row that my order was incorrect (again my bad for not double checking before leaving). Unfortunately due to the area I live in pizza delivery is unavailable and pizza nearby is scarce so dominoes tends to be a convenient go to. Moving forward I’ll just go out of my way to use the east hemet location.
Today the pizzas were missing toppings and sauce was practically non existent. We only ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and a cheese pizza with extra cheese… so like dang that sucks that they missed the mark on that. We also got the molten lava cakes and they were just ok, I think they were overcooked or something cause they were pretty hard/crusty and unpleasant.

No accountability. That kitchen was a mess. Pizzas came out burnt. At least my pizza looked decent. The guy before me order three pizzas and they look beat. You had one employee that was clocked out without his shirt, just his tank top talking in the kitchen with the team. Gave me a bad taste to my mouth. Online tracker said complete I waited another six minutes. There was 5 employees in the kitchen. Does management care ?

This is my local Dominoes, everything was always great but the last 2 times I’ve ordered my app says its ready, the screen inside Dominoes says its ready but guess what its not ready, not even prepped or cooked yet. So my question is this who’s pushing the button and lying to the computer just so your #’s don’t fall behind??? SMH get it together Dominoes come on at least stop the lying, if your behind your behind but don’t lie about it.

Consistent Issue with phones. I’m noticing a trend that is not good. This Thursday October 2 I placed an order that said was delivered for 45 minutes… Finally delivered and was blocking the door an hour later and stone cold like it was left at someone else’s door, picked up and brought over to our house. We had cameras to monitor and was not from the 25 foot walk to our door, the box/pizza was stone cold. When calling the store(10-15 times) even from different numbers was the pickup and hang up. Now today 10-5(against my wishes wife ordered) we placed an order, everything showed up incorrect(every aspect of the order from pizza types/bread/sandwich) . After repeated calls with pick up hang ups again we finally got through to “redacted for google” who didn’t apologize but did offer to make the correct order. It seems the closing staffs way of dealing with high call volume is to just pick up and hang up. Both orders were placed at 5:00ish.
