I have been to this Domino’s a few times before and everything went fine, so I did not expect any issues today. I placed a pickup order online after seeing an ad on TV for a large two topping pizza for $6.99. When I went to place the order, I realized this location was not honoring that price and instead had it listed as $7.99.
Not a huge deal, so I ordered anyway. The real issue was what I found when I got home and opened the boxes. The pizzas had no sauce, or so little that it may as well have been none. I ended up opening a can of tomato sauce and spreading it on the slices myself, then reheating them in the air fryer just to make them edible.
I understand prices vary by location and businesses try to control costs, but a pizza without sauce is ridiculous. I uploaded photos and video with this review showing what I received and what I had to do at home. This was enough to make me switch to another pizza shop.

It was quick and easy. I pulled up ordered from my phone and was the food was out in 10 min. They brought it to my car and everything was ready to go. Looks good an taste fantastic. I really enjoy the new stuffed crust. The only thing is I wanted to tip but because they were so quick the employee took off before I could check the food and tip. That is the only thing that I could say they could do better. If they could ask the customer if they are satisfied and then leave they may go above and beyond what is expected and may receive more tips. Idk it’s just how I felt. I don’t like to pre tip. I wish there was a way to tip after you receive your food from pickup or delivery.

I ended up having to write this because the experience at this Domino’s was honestly shocking. We weren’t even trying to make a complicated request — we were just trying to fix an order that they messed up. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, the manager on duty, Logan, acted annoyed, rude, and completely dismissive from the moment we spoke to him.
There was no accountability, no customer service, not even a basic acknowledgment that the mistake was on their end. The way he spoke to us made it feel like we were the problem for expecting the order to be corrected, which is ridiculous.
When a manager can’t handle a simple correction without treating customers with disrespect, that’s a reflection of how poorly the store is being run. Extremely disappointed and we will not be returning because of this individual.

I never go to domino’s but this place was soooo good. The white man with ginger colored hair handed me off my pizza and he was really nice. They gave me exactly what I asked for and i got a large pizza with any toppings for 10 bucks because of their nice deals. The dough was nice and soft how I like it without being undercooked and the crust was nice and soft and seasoned and I actually ate the crust which I never do for pizza

Don’t pre tip if it gives you the option. Multiple times my order is left at my front door. They don’t knock on the door to let you know that they have arrived.

This woman made the order that was meant to be ready at 2:30 a whole hour before it was meant to be done. Pizza was cold. Beeen sitting out. She refused to give her name because she said she didn’t have to Mind you we called numerous times no answer u have a lot of workers and no line. There’s no excuse. I asked if they can remake the pizza so it’s fresh and she said no. I asked for a cash refund she refused n refunded my order to my card. She refused to give us the pizza. Give us a refund. And give us her name. How is dominoes hiring somebody who is a thief. When I sent my husband for a receipt she gave him a receipt that just said “bad” no amouunt refunded no order attached. If I’m spending my money here I expect them to show proof of refund. She refused to tell us who manager was and “couldn’t find the receipt” if u wanted to eat the pizza just say that ma’am maybe if u didn’t have attitude n try to steal from others you coulda got a slice.

I found out the Domino driver’s car broke down, life happens, I get it. But a phone call from Dominos would have been nice to at least, let me know they wouldn’t have another driver until later that evening. I ended up calling 40 minutes later after no pizza delivery. The employee was non-chalant and told me it would be awhile.
Luckily, my husband had just finished work at 10pm (I ordered at 9pm) and went to pick up the pizzas for the family. Unfortunately, the pizzas were cold and had been sitting out a while, and one of the pizzas was burnt, smh.
Beyond disappointing. I will not order from this location again.
So much for the great customer service, there was none sadly.

Ordered the coupon on 5 pizzas 7 toppings for 10.99 each. 3 of the pizzas only had 4 toppings. Ripped off completely. Didn’t notice until we finished more than half of all 4 pies
