The fact they have names on a screen is horrible. I went in on my way home from work after ordering on the app. The guy in front of me (looked like a transient) told them that he was there for my order. He stepped to the side and i had to go back and forth stating it was mine and showing id and card. The dude walked out. This process really needs changed. Displaying orders that are done on a screen isn’t good or at least go back to requiring identification with the app like other fast foods do.

Walked into this Domino’s for a pizza and was told I couldn’t get the pizza I wanted (which was a regular peperoni pizza), the guy told me I had to get one of the ones written on some dry erase board. The energy in general was off and I didn’t feel welcomed at all, so I politely declined and went to Little Caesars. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with Domino’s, I’m done.

I ordered 4 large pizzas. This was for a party they were terrible. We ended up throwing them away. There was just no taste like eating the pizza box would of tasted better. Avoid this Dominos location.. at least on the weekends. Both of the ladies we spoke to on 6/11/23 (6:45pm) were rude and hung up on us when ordering multiple pizzas. Our pizzas were full of bubbles and the pizza we ordered with extra cheese was bare and seemed like it was made without cheese (pictured); there’s no way it was not malicious (and that’s giving them the benefit of the doubt). If you’re going to go to Dominos in the High Desert, I would avoid this location. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

This white lady who just delivered said so sarcastically “great instructions “ as if she was annoyed. She said it to my bf and he’s nice so he didn’t say anything except “there’s a limit to what we can write” because he’s respectful. I get apartments can be annoying , especially gated but I wrote what I could since there is a limit. It seemed simple enough to me and I’ve wrote the same thing for others so idk why she had an issue. Seems to me she shouldn’t be working there. One very important thing I’ve learned from working in the food industry for years is that sometimes people are going through stuff so be nice even if the customer is mean but we weren’t even mean and got attitude. Oh also I ordered recently and I requested it to be brought to my car since I had my baby in the car seat and they neverrrr came out and I saw other cars waiting and have to get off too. If you want the best Dominos has to offer, this is the store to order from. Their staff is probably the friendliest and hardest working out of ALL their current locations. Drive alittle extra to pick up from this store, or order delivery from this store if you’re too far. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
