Quality has declined in recent months. This is the third time we’ve received pizzas that have little toppings and are cut like my 3 year old drew the lines. It shouldn’t matter but I will say, we always tip when we order.
When I called to let them know that the quality of their service had declined (she) listened and said we would have 2 medium pizzas credited to our account and we would see them on our online account or could access these using our address. Today, we ordered carry out and did not see the pizzas on our online account. We went in (carry out) and took the opportunity to inquire. We spoke with the (female) manager. Immediately her demeanor was aggressive and off putting. She said they would have NEVER said the account was accessible through our address. I kindly said it was ok, id be sure to include this conversation in my review and began to walk away. Her demeanor changed instantly. This location was great and I hope that whatever changed can be retracted.

Pizza was dry and not cut right and the wings on top of being tiny barely had sauce on them. The little sauce they did have wasn’t distributed evenly half of the wings didnt have sauce on them. They claim to do a quality check but either their standards are low or dominos just sucks overall. Also overpriced even with the “deals” they have online. Tried giving them a chance after years of not buying from them but not worth the money and definitely wont be going back ever again

No matter how tough my day has been, when I walk in with a frown, they always greet me with such warmth and kindness. I truly love these wonderful folks. It’s hard to fully capture their spirit in this photo, especially with the gorgeous tree providing its lovely shade, but this is the building that holds so many heartfelt memories. And I love the amount of palm trees here.

Picked up a app ordered curbside pickup, only to get home and realize the order brought to my car was someone else’s. While the receipt stuck in the box was mine, the pizzas were not…did no one check the boxes before coming to my car?
I had to drive all the way back and get new pizzas. Not impressed. Had to leave my grandkids at the house and drive all the way back to get their dinner.
Instead of a partial refund or something as an apology, the manager told me to keep the other persons pizzas. What was I to do with jalapeno pizza? People order based on their personal taste. I ordered for a 16yr old and a 2 year old.
When they finally ate the pizza we ordered, it was great though.
Wish the service matched the food.

We had terrible experiences from this location, garbage food quality, terrible manager, absolutely no sorry ve no sense how to treat with customers, topping was not enough, barely no cheese. Wish can give them BIG ZERO star. NEVER EVEN THINK TONORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Again garbage pizzas, hopeless manager.
These type of managers can drop store sale in days. Franchise should fire this manager.

I just ordered for delivery, and had the worst experience from the delivery driver. I didnt add a tip online so when the driver came up for me to sign the recipe, he said im going to need you to fill these to out and sign. And with a X on the line for tip, and total. It was so rude! Im usually a great tipper but the way he just tried to guilt trip me into doing it rubbed me the wrong way. I still tipped him but will NEVER order from them again EVER!!!!! They make a hourly wage like everyone else plus I was charged a “delivery fee” that supposed to cover delivery!!!! If they dont pay you enough that something he need to take up with his employer not pass on to a already paying customer.
