I made an online order with my card and then when I arrive to the store I was told that I had to provide the card and identification that I used to purchase my order with and that left me with going all the way back home to get my purse nowhere does it say that I have to provide identification when making an online purchase I had already paid for the pizza but still needed to go back and show proof that I paid for it what was the point of that I’m not sure but definitely a one-star because when the manager was informed about it they did not even make my pizza all over again they just gave it to me how it was 20 minutes before then and I wasn’t even offered compensation for having to run back home and come all the way back! First time coming to this Domino’s Pizza and definitely the last I will now make them come to me and not tip you would think that you were doing them a favor by getting carryout I’m paying for it in advance but you’re not doing anybody any favors make him work for it everyone else who has a job has to.
