Over 2 hours to wait for delivery, paid over the app 10 pizzas, for my business, I was seeing the time getting constantly pushed back over and over, understanding it was probably a large order so I waited, called after an hour and forty, saying I need to confirm the order with them before making it! THIS IS OUTRAGES AFTER EVEN BEING CHARGED! HOW IS THIS NOT DESCRIBED IN THE APP OR IN THEIR POLICY ANYWHERE ! I was told not to get dominos went out on a limb, fix this Dominos !

I get a pizza with missing piece, I called and talk to the employee it was sunday around 7pm. First I didn’t mentioned which pizza had a missing but obviously the employee knew
About it because she knew which pizza had a missing piece.. then i send pictures about it thru email.. they want to cancel the whole entire order and I suggested to replace the same order of the pizza with missing pieces and they said they can’t do that because the GM is off and she’s be around by Tuesday and i called Wednesday reports about it.. GM is same with the employee both have terrible attitude as well.. NEVER AGAIN.. so disappointed!!!..

I have never had a problem with a dominos before and i still don’t have one with the store itself but with the child they hired to deliver the pizza. Rather than greet the customer when we opened the door he just said “you need to sign the receipt” when we asked for clarification as to why because we have never had to sign one before he said very rudely “I’ll just take the pizza back” he could have explained nicely that store policy has changed and they need a receipt signature he didn’t need to be unprofessional especially to older people. Once we singed the receipt he started to take the pizza back with him. We asked Him why when we singed the receipt like he demanded and paid for the pizza already he started arguing saying we were rude and he was just explaining store policy. No that’s what he should have done at the beginning like a mature person. When we called the manager of this store about this delivery person she began to de explain the receipt policy. That was not my concern we now know the receipt policy, I was talking about his unprofessional attitude. She said she would find out who it was and talk to them, but I’ve worked in customer so I know how that works. I won’t order from this store
again just because of the delivery person.

I have never gotten my food so fast in my entire life and that young girl in there today is working so hard. She deserves a raise. I came to the store on Sept 29th, 2025 at around 6:30pm and the poor girl is all by herself but she is doing everything with efficiency. Way to go Domino’s on a employee that is a Rockstar!

This is my second time ordering from this place. The first time I ordered, they got my order wrong and I called. This was a few months ago. The manager asked if I still had the food which I understood, some people ruin it for others. I exchanged the pizza and pasta for new ones and they made the right. I don’t like the pizza sauce so much so I always ask for light sauce. The pasta was burn when I placed my order and received it. The fixed the issue hence placed another order today. Low and behold guess who is unhappy with their order? ME. I refuse to call and complain again. It’s the same issue, too much pizza sauce and dry pasta. It’s embarrassing returning a pizza at the front desk and getting a new one. I ordered the same thing I ordered last time. A medium 2 topping. I asked for easy sauce and look at the pictures! I’m so upset that my lunch was ruined and my food just went to waste. Look at the pasta. It’s so dry and burnt. I’m seriously upset. 30.00 in the trash.

Unacceptable. I worked at dominions before and i know what my order should look like. i ordered pan pizzas and there’s only 9-10 pieces of pepperoni on each. Female worker in 20-30 age should be fired she also gave me horrible attitude when i asked how long the order would take. Hopefully justice is served.
