The employee Had my pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta sitting on the counter while I was waiting. The employee was talking to who I believe might be her friend for about 5 minutes before she asked me if I was waiting to pick up. Once I got home my Alfredo pasta was burnt and underportioned.

I’ve been getting pizza from here for years. Due to their covid measures you’re not allowed to walk in the door. Which is fine, but I walked up to the door because i expect that is what you’re supposed to do, i wasnt acknowledged so I figured I was in the wrong. Went back to my car and my wife called. We sat on hold for 15 minutes, through 3 different employees before they told us that yes, we come up to the door and give our name. Which is what I thought in the first place but was ignored when I did it. We were at the place for 25 minutes trying to pick up our order that they said was finished before we even left our house. Well we get home and our pizza is cold, our breadsticks are cold and have atleast 56 gallons of butter on them, I’ve never seen even half of that when we ordered before, oh, and my chicken wings?? I dont even know what the HELL they gave us, but it’s not chicken.. I’m beyond irritated, and atleast during covid 19 I wont be going back. Every employee was rude too..

Today I ordered a pizza from my local Dominos, and it worked out great! I received a 50% off coupon via email, and logged into the Dominos site and built my order for take-out. I checked the order tracker after a few minutes and it said my order was in the oven, I hopped in my car and drove over and it was ready. The pizza was great and 1/2 off. A great deal.

The flavors are there, is really good, but customer service and prices are unpredictable. Their app is not working at the time I tried to make the order and I call the store but got automatically transferred to call center and their system don’t work so they transfer me to the store BUT they don’t honor online nor app specials even tho both their systems not working and they won’t make exceptions. They ask you to pay $2-3 dollars more for in-store prices…nahhh lol Do better Domino’s, lagging it.
