After waiting 2 hours and having to drive down to the store, very upset, the crew told me the driver already left with my order. I went home to meet the driver, but they never arrived. I called them back and they stated the driver had brought the food back to the restaurant. I drove back to the location again, and when I got there they gifted my family with 6 extra pizzas and 2 bottles of soda and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I was originally very angry but their generosity made me cry and I am very thankful for the staff making up for the inconvenience.

Worst dominos i have ever even heard of. The food is terrible. No online delivery. Employees are incredibly rude and obviously they hate this place as much as i do. Sometimes they don’t have delivery at all.

Last time I’m coming to this location, 2nd time they give me the same quick answer. My order is in the oven then I wait, but my order was ready the whole time. I already knew the order they were taking out the oven was mine since my app did send me the alert, but I patiently waited anyway. Please make sure your employees are being attentive with the orders as well as guests who walk in.
