Had an issue with waiting times and service. Got a personal call from Michelle Smith at this location. I appreciate the effort and attention. This is how you deal with a problem. Degree and experience in total quality management on my end. The new york crust is the best one to get. I really like the pizza. The bbq sauce with the chicken and sausage is great, too. I know that sounds strange. But give it a try. I did use the app to order and used a later time instead of now. The pizza was ready early. So watch the tracker.

Waited over and hour for delivery, app told us it would take between 26-32 minutes. Gave us everything wrong. We ordered a cheese pizza and Mac and cheese. The one pizza they did get right as you can see they put so much sauce on everything it ended up like soup in the middle and the outside of the box. We like dominos but this was BS after over and hour wait. The Mac and cheese was Alfredo instead and the cheese pizza was a pepperoni, oh and both pizzas were severely under cooked in the middle, probably because of the extremely excessive sauce. You couldn’t even pick up a slice without literally everything falling off and apart.

We order from this Dominoe’s frequently and it’s usually good. This time however, both of our thin crust pizzas were burned. Our stuffed cheesy bread was undercooked. They were really busy, but even when we called to let them know, the store was so loud the employee could not hear me. I was asking for maybe an email to file a complaint. I asked multiple times and hung up in frustration because it was so loud I couldn’t even get an email address OR tell her why we were unhappy with service. It’s Dominoe’s, we don’t expect 5 star service. But we at least expect a decent meal. Over all unhappy with the meal, the atmosphere, and the service. Even the store was out of sorts and messy.

The cashier and customer was chatting the whole time while I waited in line.. the customer even calls someone while standing there ans the employee does nothing. Her pizza is sitting on the counter and instead of paying the customer ans employee decided to chat like the buddies they were. The order was already later than specified ready and the fact I had to wait longer just for people to chat about nothing important was frustrating. Won’t come back to this place again. Pizza wasn’t even hot anymore by the time they got done chatting

These workers and Im guessing management really dont care, I got all the way home to find hair in one of my Pizzas, I call and they want me come all the way back so they remake it. Who has time for that? That sad thing is this is not the first time, MANAGEMENT HAIR NET YOUR EMPLOYEES! AND THERE ARE A FEW GUYS THETE WITH SASQUACH ARMS ! MAKE THEM WEAR ARM SLEEVES!!!! CMON !!! Worst dominos ever. Ordered Carry out and the app said it was being prepped at 6:30pm. We didn’t get our pizza until 8:42 pm and the whole time I was there their delivery drivers were coming in n out with orders it’s like they only care about their deliveries. On top of that the employee was super rude when he finally gave us our pizza.

I didn’t order a pepperoni pizza, I ordered a mushroom and pep pizza. I feel like I should get a refund with the lack of toppings. I literally have two slivers of mushroom pieces and 7 pep slices. I’m sorry these workers are miserable but maybe get a better job and don’t depress us along with y’all.

Never had much trouble at this location. Staff os very friendly however my pizza was bubbled, burnt and little nothing on there. Will be notifying manager because the pizza is just sitting here as I type but we ate the pineapple pizza because that one didn’t have any burnt or bubbles… CAME BACK 6/10 and nothing change Manger don’t care the food is nasty dry no cheese and burnt. Had to get a refund on my order. I will be contacting corporate.
