We used to go to the Country Club location, because it is much closer. But we’re glad we made the switch to this one on Ramon: They don’t skimp on ingredients. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Pizza is ready when promised by the app’s progress tracker. Much better than at the Country Club location.

We’ve been ordering maybe once every 3 months from this Domino’s for about 2 years, and have had nothing but friendly, prompt service. Never had an incorrect order or a late delivery. All their drivers have been on time or early and are very good about following no-contact procedures.

Total RIP off. You order online and it says 20 to 33 minutes for delivery. You call after 40 minutes and they say another hour. I cancel and now 3 to 5 days for my 45 bucks back!
No one above the staff in the store to talk to, no corporate number.
When I called about my order the guy didn’t even care.
Tried again today, August 14, 2020, pizza’s delivered cold, their online tracking system is completely off. Steve the manager doesn’t care about customer service, you will Steve when all the customers are gone. Worst service ever and I gave them multiple chances.

Absolute WORST Dominio’s experience I have ever had. I tried to take advantage of the car side delivery. I followed the procedure and received the reply my pizza was ready and the timer started. NO ONE ever came out. I went inside and the girl working behind the counter barely spoke English and didn’t know what the car side delivery was. I told them to keep the pizza and refund my money. She said she didn’t know how or understand. The Pizza was cold and didn’t have all of the toppings ordered. I am done with Domino’s and will NEVER eat at this location again!!!!

I called in to Domino’s Pizza this evening to order dinner for my children. A gentleman on the phone kept messing up my order and I had to hang up and call back. In the midst of ordering a task for pan pizza. When I went to go pick up my pizza I asked the young lady if my pizza was pan pizza she said no. I told her it was supposed to be and my order was taken wrong can I have it remade. the gentleman who took my order turned out to be the new manager at the Domino’s Pizza in Thousand Palms. I was trying not to make a big fuss and I just asked for a third Pizza I requested it to be pan. I’ve been asked the new manager who would not give his name if I can have all my pizzas come out at the same time. I did not want old pizza that’s been underneath the warmer and a new pizza and he said it would take 25 minutes. That 25 minutes will be additional time that the Original Pizza he messed up on with sit underneath their warmer. He told me no I could not have the other two pizzas remade with the additional Pizza that I ordered because there was nothing wrong with the other Pizza. Even though I stressed get the first order will be sitting in extra 25 minutes underneath his warmer. This new manager who would not give his name was very rude and disrespectful. I live in Thousand Palms I often order for my family and my business and I’ve never been Thousand Palms should have never replaced the old manager. Unsatisfied with my customer service I asked for a number to file a complaint and a refund on my pizza which lead my children to not have dinner for this evening. I’m very appalled at the lack of customer service skills this new manager in Thousand Palms has any needs to be replaced!

The worst. An order of chicken wings and a sandwich picked up. Completely cold. Both orders. I threw them in the trash as it was obvious they had been cooked at least once but not when given. We’ve ordered here for the last couple of years but they have gone downhill in the las 8-10 months. When we tried to call them they wouldn’t answer the phone. A bunch of feckless workers are at this location.

They are always reliable and they have stepped up there game. Dominos is really good now. Happy they are close too. Their Brooklyn style pizza is the best. The food is always hot, drivers are so nice and just very considerate when they deliver your food.

Yes I’m providing this domino’s pizza with five stars. My pizza was so delicious hot and made to perfection. My habanero wings were so yummy. The driver Martin was polite and most importantly on time. Yes we will most definitely keep ordering again!
