This Domino’s on Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs is the best! The service is always super fast and efficient, and the staff is honestly some of the friendliest around. Every time I walk in, they greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and my order has been perfect every single time. Great pizza, great service, and great people — definitely my go-to Domino’s!

Earlier today I came in and the young lady who helped me, Jenna i believe, was super great on helping me out her service was awesome. The food came out quickly, and it was better than I expected. Part 2 so I returned from my complementary cinnamon twist after they messed up that order I talked to I believe the GM she was very nice and handled it and called me right away to fix the problem and she offered me something right away or I couldn’t order in the future I chose to order in the future the cinnamon bread twist again And a soda and unfortunately, they messed up horribly again. They gave away my order. They didn’t know where my order was even though I just called in to have it made and told them I’m gonna have two orders and on top of that my cinnamon twist still had no sugar on them. This place should not be getting a star from me at all,but I order to move forward we have to put one . First off gabby the manager should always carry a positive attitude 2nd one of the employees refused to give her name out very unprofessional management is not doing there job right. It’s always a profession to ask a name or give your name out why incase your order is wrong which what happen today I am very upset with this store never will I come here. Both orders were taken wrong by the dumb girl that couldn’t give her name out (stay in school) I will be notifying corporate. People make sure you double check your orders

Update to my delivery on
5/16/25 and 5/18/25 . The same delivery driver is consistently rude and accuses people in this neighborhood of shorting him. I spoke to my neighbors as well, and they are facing the same issue with the same driver. I order weekly if not multiple times a day and out of all the drivers the same Driver continues to give me and my family troubles. I really don’t appreciate supporting a place as often as I do and receiving such bad customer service . The Food is disgusting. They barely put any effort into it, and they actually barely put any food on the pizza. I ordered pasta and literally got two scoops of pasta and rubbery pieces of chicken . The delivery driver is rude to. They need to fire a lot of people and bring new people that actually know how to make the food. I will follow up with the manager as she was super helpful. This driver needs to be dealt with. I wish I could upload a video of him….

Ordered online and went when app showed it was in baking. Ready for pickup as I walked in. Greeted right away and received pizza. Adequate amount of topping as well. No complaints.

I’m in Charlotte, SC and trying to use the Dominoes App. It’s acting up and keeps defaulting to a Dominoes in DHS. I just called the store to tell a them not to make the pizza that the app shows they were about to make.
The guy answering the phone couldn’t speak good English and obviously didn’t understand it well enough and argued with me about making the pizza. This clown didn’t understand I was warning him to not make the pizza because it was going to go to a house I do not live in anymore.
He hung up on me and I figured… let the fool make the pizza and deliver it to an unsuspecting customer – who isn’t going to pay for it.
The foolish and argumentative employee will find out what the purpose of the call was for.
Sure enough, the guy calls back and asks me if I want the pizza. Sigh ♂️
