Alex is was great and so helpful trying to overcome the frustrations of the Domino’s app! Ordering in the app is making me question whether I ever want to go back, and I’ve been a rewards member for years! This location is great, but this review is how I seem to have found all the short comings of the app with one order. Their app is only made for small orders like a family meal, but I needed to order 7+ pizzas and garlic bites for my son’s birthday.
I built the whole order and the first roadblock was I couldn’t schedule ahead and pay with gift cards so I waited until about half an hour before and tried to order it for “now,”
Second roadblock, I could only use 2 gift cards max (I had 4x$25), then I tried to select ‘pay at store’ but you can’t do that when it’s over $30.
Third roadblock, I went to the actual store to place the order so I could use all 4 gift cards, BUT they can’t give you any of the deals from the app and it was going to cost me $70 MORE for the same order! What?!
Alex could see I was frustrated – and I knew it wasn’t his fault. He did all he could to help me out and finally I was ready to place the order and I thought “well let me scan my rewards so I can at least get some points for the big order”…NOPE!! You can’t earn any points if you order in the store! What!? Where’s the customer loyalty? I’ve been a rewards member for years and (I used) to prefer Dominos over the other main pizza place, but NOT ANY MORE!!
Dominos corporate doesn’t actually care about the customer! And their whole app and rewards process is too cumbersome! I’m done!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE TODAY!!!! My drivers name was Angel he was by far the rudest employee I had to deal with and the manager Joshua didn’t make it any better! I usually tip in cash but it’s how you handle customer service and for him to shove the bag in my face and make me take my items out myself and none of my boxes were closed is ridiculous! And when I expressed my concerns to management Joshua stated that he was TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THE DRIVE and in the same breath proceeded to tell me that angel said my dogs were there and they were barking hahaha like are you kidding me umm yeah that’s kinda what dogs do, they weren’t coming after him or trying to get to him they were put in there cages before door was even open, and Joshua asked me if I tipped him like first off the tip was in my hand but the moment he shoved the bag in my face to take out my own stuff as I was struggling because again the boxes were open, food was cold and falling off the sides as I was trying to remove them no he didn’t get the tip! And to tell me that’s what they’re supposed to do is have customers pull them out themselves like since when cuz I never had to do that before! After all of that I called customer service talked to a nice lady named Brittany also and she refunded me my money, apologized immediately reassured me that that’s not the dominoes way and she will be speaking to them both, made my whole day! Unfortunately after all this I will not be eating there anymore can’t trust places after that.

Been getting their pizzas a few times now and never had any issues. The online order was not working so went to the store and was greeted and helped by a very nice older gentleman. They looked really busy but he was able to take my order quickly and it was done very quickly. Never had any issues with their pizzas their deals are the best around.

I’m out of town and stopped here. Pizza is plain. I got pan with pepperoni, sausage, olives and pineapple. They could’ve put more toppings. Every other slice had one lil sausage. I won’t be back.

I love this Dominos! They always make out food so good and the employees are very friendly. I think they are doing a great job in efforts to help with the spread of Covid-19. Everytime I go there all the associates are wearing masks and/or gloves, they make sure there are not too many people in the store at one time. I also love the fact the with Domino’s now, there are so many ways to get your food… of course there is always Delivery and Carryout like normal, but now they have the Domino’s Hot Spots where you can meet the delivery driver somewhere close by and pick up your order that way, and now they also offer Curbside delivery which I also think is super awesome! Domino’s you’re doing a great job! And This location specifically has to be one of my favorites! Thank you to the Domino’s team for working so hard and doing such a great job!

This place has gone straight down hill. Not sure what happened but it is terrible now. I’ve been ordering online and picking up here for 5 years and it was always fantastic. Maybe 4-6 months ago it just went completely bad. Wrong ingredients, missing food ordered, etc. This didn’t just happen once but the last 6-7 times I’ve ordered from here. The food is just bad now. I give up waiting for it to get better. Time to move on to another pizza place.

The food is usually good however items are missing 1 of every 3 times I order. Also the new owner is charging for something as little as a fork and even when you order a salad you don’t get dressing with it. You have to pay an extra $3 for dressing.

Hair in food. Called about it to let them know and they didn’t even apologize I didn’t want a refund or anything I just wanted to let them know. They could atleast apologize and say thanks for letting them know. I mean a pulled a long brown hair from my mouth. Whatever.
