I ordered 2 pizza for delivery, 1 came perfect and the other was burnt. I called to let them know 1 of the pizza’s was burnt and the managers first words were, your pizza isn’t burnt it’s the type of crust you ordered. No, Im sorry your pizza isn’t to your satisfaction or I’m sorry in general. Defensive right away. I’ve ordered pizza from this domino’s pizza many times, and they haven’t been perfect all the time. I understand that, IT happens. All I was looking for was my bad what can I do to make it right. But NO we didn’t mess your pizza Sir, you’re wrong. Training your supposed managers properly in customer service should be your main and most important priority.

I ordered a pizza on Halloween that arrived incredibly burnt. So bad that I actually called to complain. They assured me that since it was so busy I could get two free pizzas next time I ordered. One week later I attempted for over 45 minutes to reach someone to no avail. They constantly put me on hold and never returned to the phone or just kept hanging up on me. They were just completely messing with me. It was crazy. And I’m a regular customer who ordered every Friday from this location. Never ordering from here again. I’m honestly afraid of what the type of people who work there would do to my food if I did order again.

Been coming to this location for a while now but theres one person who always stands out on customer service and always greets customers with a smile and makes us feel welcome his name is Antwan! I must say, their delivery driver Antwan (I apologize if I misspelled your name) has always given me excellent service every time he delivers my food. He’s very friendly, kind and always has a smile on his face. I would give this review 5 stars but from time to time my orders would be incorrect. Mistakes happen, so it’s not the end of the world, I just appreciate the customer service.

The wings had a wonderful flavor. They were very tender and juicy. I can’t give a rating over two stars because they were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s almost unnatural that a bird that’s small had to give up its wings. maybe I’m a victim of nostalgia and I remember when wings were a nickel apiece or three for a quarter. Now they’re over a dollar a piece and barely the size of two quarters squeezed together. Just not right. I won’t be patronizing this Domino’s again. When you figure chicken is one of the cheapest meats you can buy this is a disgrace.

Tonight I surprised my family with Dominos to find out B.bQ chicken is sold plane with no flavor and a ranch cup. The pizza was fine. Pasta had no lid so it was cold. I’m so disappointed with my 35$ meal tonight knowing you could of done better.

I love Domino’s! One of my top pizza choices, but the wings, what a disappointment. We ordered some “buffalo” wings, and we got a splash of buffalo sauce in our wings. We had like 2 or 3 wings that barely got any sauce at all!
