Clean Domino’s store with typical chain pizza. This store has about 6 tables if you choose to stay and eat there. Their NY style pizza was fluffy, but same as other Domino’s. Pizza was ready quick, hot and the staff was friendly.

Ordered a pizza and some breads. Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and originally said he left the pizzas on the brick steps. When I said that was not my house, he began to lie and say he handed the pizza to the neighbor. Then the manager gets on the phone to tell me my neighbors are shady. WORST SERVICE!!

I have been a long time customer with the business I work for. I have spent a lot of money with this place. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The pizza was cold and tasted terrible. The people are rude and do not know what customer service is all about. I would recommend any other place for pizza than this Dominoes on lake Murray Blvd. Don’t waste your time with these inconsiderate people and their excuses.

Order took almost an hour and I received a pizza folded in half. Last week, my order took almost 1.5 hours. The week before, I ordered a garden salad and they delivered a chicken salad; I’m vegetarian.
I’m so disappointed with the consistency at this location. I will not be shopping here for at least six months until they have some staff turnover.

Hey guys I’m only making this complaint to see some change, I order from here once every two- three weeks. The past 3 orders I’ve placed there hasn’t been garlic sauce on the crust and the pizza has either been burnt or absent of sauce all together, todays order I informed the young lady that took my order of my past issues and asked her to ensure quality. When I arrived to pick up the pizza it was the same issue and I brought it up and the guy making it said “my bad”. I get that this isn’t life or death but what needs to be done to get the product promised here ? Sorry for raising the issue I just want it fixed, for every one person that makes a complaint there’s 10 that don’t think it’s worth the trouble.

Don’t go to the San Carlos location on Lake Murray if you want curbside delivery. I ordered a pizza last night for curbside delivery, got there, and checked in. So far so good. However, I sat in my car for 10 minutes watching all the action inside the store. Never, not once, did anybody appear to be bringing out my pizza. On my phone it reported I was checked in. I saw a delivery driver come out, put the pizzas into his car and take off. Finally, I got out of my car and went inside to get my pizza. Once I was handing my pizza, I asked if they were still doing curbside delivery. All that was reported to me was that they were busy. No apology, nothing. If you’re busy, either hire more people or remove curbside delivery as an option. This morning I talked to my neighbor, and she said she had the same experience. There are too many pizza places around to not offer good service. Mountain Mike’s is right down the street.

I’ve gotten pizza here several times recently. The pizza I got yesterday, June 3rd, 2025, was a huge disappointment. Not only were the additional toppings ridiculously sparse but there was hardly any cheese on either of the 2 pizzas I got yesterday. Practically no cheese and barely any of the toppings we were looking forward to made the pizza seriously disappointing. Based on our experience yesterday, we would not order again from this Domino’s.

I will not be ordering from this dominos anymore. It’s local to my neighborhood and the past 4 times they have delivered my order 30-50 mins outside of the delivery time I was given. They always have excuses as to why they can’t meet the delivery times and are completely rude and dismissive about it. Do better!
