Big bait and switch scam with video evidence. Advertised as 10.99 large with six toppings. Go there, they say online only. Fine, run their app and stops working when using PayPal and all payment methods do not work. Showed this to Hannah the manager the dominos app not working and asked to honor coupon. Refused to do so and threatened to have me removed because I started video recording while asking for her manager/customer service to make complaint. All this on video on phone. Dominos has done this repeatedly with other promotions – draw you in then pay full price but you are already there with time and gas invested or you are told to leave if you question what is going on. I suspect big cover up going on with all managers denying there is a problem. Go elsewhere and this is going to Better Business Bureau. This has happened multiple times going there and saying this or that promotion is not valid. AVOID. I wouldn’t take a pizza from them even if they gave it away for free.

Not very close to Half and half. Completely missed cutting a few slices. I should have know this location always disappoints and we all know you do ask a kitchen to fix food.

I live 2min away from this location, this location is the worst. The pizza is always disgusting. No cheese cut in really weird shapes and the part that’s the most important is the pizza is not good. I am now going out of my way to go somewhere else because I’m always thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the food. This location is by far the worst I have ever had and it sucks because I live so close to it so we kept trying kept trying, but I finally had it. My last order. The pizza was so disgusting. My husband, and I decided that we will no longer be going to this location. Good luck everyone!

Ordered 4 pizzas 1 came with no sauce even though it was supposed to be garlic sauce and another came with something rotten unsure if it was the sauce or the pepperoni but whatever it was tasted like rotten milk. The other two were decent but still not great

I ordered a few pizzas to be delivered less than a mile away from the location, after several phone calls, and over 2 hours of waiting, my order was delivered. Cold, incorrect, and soggy. Tried calling the store, only got hung up on. Sent an email to complain to corporate, haven’t heard back. Yikes.

The pizza was croutons material, hard, completely dry, both pizzas were. Manager was incredibly inexperienced, she proceeded to tell me that they are super busy, and that the reason the pizza was hard was bec it’s “thin crust”, that they can’t deliver bec all the drivers are out, can I jist pick up. Incredibly dismissive, unprofessional at a high level.
Best to close this location and re-route toa different franchise owner.
$35.00 for crouton pizza. I decided not to get a replacement pizza, all I heard were complaints, and I sure wouldn’t want a replacement pizza from employees that are not happy.
To the owner of the franchise, your store has a problem, and will continue to do so. It isn’t right for your customers
