Just ordered delivery. I ordered pizza, a side, and extra sauces (ranch) I got them all!!!!! No delivery anywhere (in the fast food circuit) gives you either the sauce or amount of sauce you order…. Amazing; I literally got what I ordered. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Dominos! Your driver was super sweet!!

Literally the BEST dominoes pizza I have ever had. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and it came out so delicious, so crispy yet so soft and even fluffy and it was amazing. I called the store and gave them a compliment. It was the best dominoes experience I have ever had so I decided to write a review as well. These guys did a great job. I’ve never ordered from this dominoes before I was just passing by after work but I will literally be returning because they made the pizza so good and I loved every bite. Keep up the good work. I took a picture of my pizza as well. When I opened the box I was like wow…. This looks so good. But it tasted twice as good. Very impressed. I gave the last slice to a friend and didn’t say anything and guess what… my friend started saying the exact same things I was saying about the pizza and she had it 2 hours later when it was cold!!!!

COULDN’T quite decide between this or another competitor but this location made it pretty easy going forward. Ive never had a pizza that was tasteless and skinpy on the toppings as this location. It’s as if they were afraid to put sauce, and toppings on it which made it totally tasteless. I ordered online and added delivery, gave a decent tip because the delivery person didn’t make the pizza. Wish you well but, I will NEVER order from this place again #dobetter

The guy gave me a wrong pizza, when I ask him to change it , he said I’m working on it, after 15 minutes when I ask can you give me an estimate waiting time? He dropped my pizza to trashcan!!! This guy is absolutely sick

We normally order from them, but lately the quality has really gone down hill. I just spent $80 with them and one of the pizzas, a Brooklyn, looks undercooked and must have been dropped at some point, it’s totally inedible as a pizza at the moment, it’ll have to get cold before we can pick it up and eat it. Very disappointed! I’d rather have something done right and takes a little longer, than it being RUSHED out the door and care not taken. I guess it’s time to start buying from the local pizza guys that put more energy into their product and service!

Do not order from here! There was a cockroach at the bottom of our pasta and who knows what else I ate without noticing! the pizza was terrible and dry, and last time it gave me food poisoning for a week and a half! Finally had the strength to try again and first time back I get roaches! Almost no toppings and badly cut. Save yourself by going somewhere else! 🙁

It’s one thing to write out a review about the pizza at Domino’s Pizza. It’s more or less like writing a review of a McDonald’s burger. What about the other stuff? The things that the local employees have a little more artistic freedom in creating? At the Poway Domino’s, the employees clearly form their bread sticks by hand… Absolutely no doubt about it. (see pics) Maybe some employee re-training or quality control steps are overdue?

1 hour and a half later we received our dried out pizza, with barely any cheese, or sauce. This is the third time in recent memory food has been terrible. It was disgusting. I vowed to not darken the doors again .Saving grace, spoke with the manager and they refunded my order. First, he tried to get away with offering me a free pizza next time. I said , “I think I’ll take a refund.” Dominoes was doing well, coming back, but it has quickly become the worst again. Next time, I’m ordering local.

This is the third straight horrible experience with this store. Cold old pizza once, second time, cold and driver would not deliver to door claiming company policy due to robberies. (Was obviously a lie) I called manager, Pizza was then Thrown on porch with aggressive knock on door, and I was given a middle finger when I opened door. Today I ordered at 2 pm for 5 pm delivery, pizza is still not here at 5:25, and it left the store at 4:59. When we called we were asked why we can’t be patient it’s a few minutes away by employee over the phone. I will be writing corporate, as this I am sure will be costing this franchise many important customers, and creating havoc for a good corporation that employs many good people, and provides a great service to others.

Don’t waste your time & money. Go to Pacific Pizza!! Ordered on the app at 5:35, app said the food was delivered at 6:25 but the food didn’t ACTUALLY arrive at my door until 7pm. (Super sketchy.) Barely any cheese & italian sausage on the half requested. Definitely not worth $50 for a large pizza & boneless chicken wings. Not ordering here again, would rather take the extra time to pick up something local.
